Really lovely home. There garden is huge, great for the kids, though I didn't take them this time. Would highly recommend and visit again

I can not recommend highly enough. My son and myself stayed for 3 nights, everything was exactly as described. We felt instantly at home. We shall be returning, many thanks for having us in your lovely lodge.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

We only had a one night stay but the property was so clean and beautifully presented. Our children loved the games! The hot tub was lovely and Hollie was hugely helpful and very responsive when there was an initial issue with it working. Thank you!

A beautiful cottage set in beautiful grounds. Perfect for our teenage girls who loved the hot tub and fire pit. Amanda our host was great and very helpful. Would definitely would love to stay again.

Back from a long weekend here, set in a beautiful village with a local pub which was great for food and drinks and a nice outdoor seating area. The garden was great and had the sun all day and evening so perfect for sitting outdoors while relaxing in the sun and was very secure for the dogs and lovely hot tub to relax in Great location for getting to Wells next to the sea and other surrounding areas Would highly recommend staying here Hosts were brilliant and super responsive and nice bottle of wine and treats to enjoy on our 1st day of holiday.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

We stayed at Bluebell Cottage for 5 days to celebrate my birthday and loved it. We had such a great time and were so comfortable in the cottage. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home. We went out every day exploring the area and coming back to the cottage after a long day felt wonderfully relaxing. I love North Norfolk so much, from the beautiful natural beaches to the characterful small towns and villages. We are definitely returning and will book the cottage again for sure. This was a perfect place and I really hope I get to come back. The setting is beautiful, the area is quiet, the house itself is comfy and clean, the kitchen & rooms are well equipped, and host Elizabeth is friendly and welcoming. The location is fab - there's an award-winning bakery/cafe 7mins drive away, gardens to visit 9mins drive away, and Rutland Water 15mins drive away. To get to stay in separate rooms as friends yet have the shared homely space was great. We cooked a full meal, as the equipment, oils & seasoning we needed were provided in the kitchen. We connected our laptops up via our own HDMI cable to the TV and put our feet up on the reclining sofas. Perfect! Would recommend.

The cottage was absolutely spotless, Sue and Barry have thought of everything. The kitchen is extremely well served with utensils and cooking equipment. The space was cosy and very warm. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sue and Barry were so helpful and friendly, excellent at communicating, and we would not hesitate to return.

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, literally a one-minute walk away, and you are by the quay and great sights, restaurants, and walks. The home itself is very comfortable, cosy and well laid out. It has a lovely living room area with combustion stove (we didn't need to use this as it was warm enough) which would add to the cosiness of the home. The kitchen is quite small so ideal for one cook at a time. There's a wonderful gas oven. We loved our stay and would have loved another night, but it was already booked. Michelle was a great host, responsive and very helpful. This is a great place to stay in a beautiful area.

We had a great stay at Corinne’s place. The cottage is spotlessly clean with lovely decor and well equipped with everything we needed. The location of the cottage is perfect, we loved being able to walk across the field to Thornham Deli and the playground. We also walked to The Orange Tree pub (highly recommend dinner here.) We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and would love to stay again another time too.

I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The ‘Secret Cottage’ was a really nice place to stay, my wife and I really enjoyed our time there. A hidden gem.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage in a beautiful location. The village is charming and peaceful, and it made a great base for us to explore the nearby beaches in Wells with our toddler. The cottage had the essentials we needed and was comfortable and welcoming. It was perfect for a relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s beautiful barn conversion. Everything was immaculate, lots of space, well equipped and furnished and so comfortable in every respect. Caroline was so welcoming and helpful and had provided so many very thoughtful extra touches, from all the ingredients for a delicious full breakfast with bacon and amazing fresh hen’s eggs, chocolate brownies, sweets to toiletries and so much more. Caroline really had anticipated all any guests could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful and just a short stroll to all the amenities of this lovely village and so easy to explore Cambridge from too. We were all very sad to leave at the end of our stay.

This is a hidden gem. Fiona is an amazing host with her lovely labs Amber & Poppy. The cottage was warm and had an extremely comfortable and vast bed with very high quality bedding. A huge bath and tons of hot water. The cottage is very peaceful with walks all around yet under 10 mins from the excellent farm shop in Little Walsingham, and the superb Three Horseshoes Inn in Warham. Burnham Market is nearby as is Holt, and NT and English Heritage properties abound locally, as do stunning ancient churches and delightful villages like Cley-next-the -Sea with a very fine gallery, a large pottery, grocers and a range of pubs. The property has a fenced garden with wrought iron table and chairs which was ideal for eating outside. Fiona was delightful and you see as little or as much of her as you wish; the Round House is quite private. I can thoroughly recommend it and will certainly return! Ideal for lovely North Norfolk.

Another return visit, and as enjoyable as ever. This is a great place to stay!
