This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Lovely apartment for adventures in the Dolomites! We enjoyed the beautiful views and were grateful for covered parking and the use of the washing machine. There is a market for groceries just a short walk away, and the kitchen is very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The host is very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get inside and have great recommendations.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

What a gem! Definitely stay at this lovely, spacious and thoughtfully decorated apartment. The view couldn’t be better- you’re directly over the canal. The neighborhood is outside of the touristy areas, which is why we chose it. At this apartment you’ll be a two minute walk from wonderful cafes, the best wine bar, great restaurants and really fun nightlife that feels authentic- just a really cool neighborhood and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had a fantastic stay at Alberto’s place! The location was amazing, far from touristy areas with great (quieter) restaurants nearby. Also very close to Murano and only 30 minute walk to San Marco square. We will be back!

Appartamento bellissimo e ben tenuto, estremamente pulito e con tutto il necessario. Posizione centrale perfetta, nonostante questo l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, davvero impeccabile.

Host preciso, alloggio ottimo, vicino a tutti i servizi, ideale per una famiglia con figli piccoli e non solo. Stazione a due passi.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en bus (arrêt à 15 minutes à pied). Logement très calme et bien situé dans un terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand parking et portail électrique. Marco est très accueillant et parle bien français. Il nous a communiqué quelques jours avant notre arrivée plein d'informations très utiles. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location sur la propriété, nos enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants malgré la barrière de la langue.

Lorenzo è un host perfetto, così come la sua casa. E' venuto a prenderci in stazione e ci ha riportato alla partenza. La casa era pulitissima, stanze ampie e letti comodissimi: dotazione completa di prodotti per il bagno, nonché per l'uso della lavatrice (e della lavastoviglie di cui non abbiamo usufruito). Elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti, macchina del caffè con dotazione di polvere di primaria marca. Tutto è stato semplicemente unico, la miglior esperienza di noleggio di un appartamento in tanti anni di vacanze! Lorenzo meriterebbe un plus come persona e la sua casa è strategica sotto ogni punto di vista. grazie ancora per aver reso possibile il realizzarsi di una splendida vacanza.

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Alessio was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Patrizia è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Avevo prenotato 4 notti per 1 persona ma non ha avuto nessuna difficoltà a farmi ospitare una seconda persona per una notte senA farmi pagare alcun sovrapprezzo. Ben attrezzato anche con la possibilità di prepararsi caffè the o altro.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Apartamento muy bonito , amplio limpio , tenía todo lo básico para cocinar , nos dejaron agua de cortesía que en otro apartamentos más caros no dejaron nada , Manuela muy amable siempre responde rápido , camas muy cómodas todo increíble .

Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Ein großes Plus ist die schnelle Erreichbarkeit einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit (2 Minuten) und der Bushaltestelle (2 Minuten), ebenso eines Bäckers, der nur zwei Häuser weiter ist. Trotz der vielen sehr gut erreichbaren Restaurants, Cafés und Bars rundherum war es in der Wohnung absolut ruhig. Durch die Bushaltestelle, die quasi vor der Tür lag, ist Venedig gut zu erreichen, man ist aber fern des großen Tourismus Trubels. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Murano selbst ist eine absolut sehenswerte Insel. Wir würden immer wieder dort und auch bei Valentina in der Wohnung Urlaub machen. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin!
