Michele’s place was great! A very cozy stay that was the perfect location to explore Bentonville. Michele was quick to respond and accommodating when dealing with unexpected weather.

We absolutely loved staying at Vali’s! Very comfortable and has the at home feel. That porch is OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend the stay.

This was our third time staying at one of Deanna’s properties, and our first time at this particular location. As always, the experience was outstanding. The space was thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right there, literally nothing was overlooked. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to unwind and truly relax. At this point, we won’t stay anywhere in Rogers unless it’s one of Deanna’s places—she’s hands down the best host on the app!

Very clean place and was as advertised. My friend and I are very active, so we enjoyed having the tennis/basketball court to play on. We also enjoyed seeing the deer in the back yard. Very reasonably priced for what we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would be glad to stay again.

It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 3 to stay while visiting family in NWA. The place is very clean, and it felt like we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay very much!

**Review of Brandi & Reggie's Rental** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brandi & Reggie's rental, and I can't recommend it enough! Located just off the square, this spot is perfectly situated within walking distance to a variety of fantastic restaurants and scenic biking trails. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore the local dining scene and enjoy outdoor activities without the hassle of driving. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the rental was not only well-appointed but also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful touches throughout the space. One of the highlights was the delightful assortment of snacks provided, which made us feel right at home and added a lovely personal touch to our visit. The interior was clean, cozy and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Brandi and Reggie were fantastic hosts!

Joy's property is absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. The location is perfect for walking to the town square, or to explore the side streets. The town is exploding with new custom houses being built, which are architecturally interesting. This location is perfect for easy access to the trails, dining or having a cup of coffee. .. We walked the trail to the Crystal Lakes museum and took our dog to the dog park.

Great little hideaway right in town. Good for cyclists.

I was in town for a work trip & Jack went above and beyond in every single way- from hiking recommendations, to helping me start a fire and just overall being the kindest person! Definitely recommend his place & hope to keep in touch when I am back in town!

This was the perfect place for us to do college things. Close to Fayetteville! So many birds. The sound of the streams create a serene vibe outside. The pink cabinets! The decor was well thought out and adds to the charm of the loft. Jessie is a great doggo to play catch with if you’re lucky enough to see her. Bryce was a super easy to interact with and a quick message responder. Only thing we didn’t like was having to leave.

This place was lovely! Very clean and the place is styled very cute. Had everything we could need and more. Really feels like the owners were thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure guests have everything they could need! Keep in mind this is a shared guest house. There’s another unit upstairs so there’s potential for noises from neighbors outside of the quiet hours. The property is beautiful and while we didn’t use the outdoor areas during our quick stay, it was very tempting. Location is so close to the downtown area so navigating was so simple. Everywhere we wanted to visit was minutes away!

Chris’ place was remote enough to be serene and peaceful, yet a convenient jumping off point for activities in all directions. The furnishings were very comfortable. The patio was great for dining and lounging. The view of the pond and surrounding trees and plantings was quite nice.

The pictures did not do the place justice. The home was meticulously decorated and felt so cozy. My sisters and I were able to cook in the equipped kitchen then play games that were also provided. Thanks to the area details provided it was easy to locate shops downtown to visit. We plan to revisit every year for our sisters trip.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location was perfect- so many parks, restaurants, coffee shops, minutes to the square on foot or on your bikes. Access to bike trails are seconds away. It was so nice to have the extra bed in the living room. The furniture was comfortable and exactly what we needed. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return!

Loved staying here! Close to single track and easily walkable to downtown Bentonville! Such a charming and perfect place to stay.

This was our 2nd, and probably not last, stay at The Downtowner. It’s such a great location and perfect for biking enthusiasts. His set-up is perfect!

We had a great weekend in Bentonville. This place has a great location, we walked and biked everywhere. It was very stylish and had everything we needed.

I truly cannot explain how incredible this place is. From the moment I walked in, I was absolutely blown away by how much love and detail went into the space, from the coffee supplies in the kitchen to the quilts and board games in the shelves. I was lucky enough to be spending my trip in the Cube during a historic rainstorm in NWA, and that allowed me to spend a few days living in the space really taking in just how much care that Al and Déa have put into it. Not only is the space incredibly unique and in a gorgeous, walkable area, it is also clear how much intention is put into the experience of staying there. Al and Déa are incredibly communicative and make the space feel like a soft place to land- they even kept in contact with me and were very assuring when I had some nervous questions about the weather! I am counting down the days until I can stay here again. If you’re looking for a truly astonishing space, the Cube is absolutely for you.

Place exactly as described, you can not beat the location for downtown Bentonville. Brianna was very fast to respond with any questions.

Marsha is a great host and the house is spectacular. We loved the eclectic decor and the screen-in porch with swinging bed. Great for naps! The bed was super comfortable and every room had ample supplies and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.
