This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

We had the best weekend! Great location but felt away from the business of Lexington! Wish we would have been able to stay longer than the weekend.

This historic building that houses this Airbnb is so unique! As others have noted, it's a wonderful find on Airbnb -- gorgeous interior, and it's spacious and full of personality. The basics -- a comfy bed, cleanliness, and clear instructions from a polite host -- were all there. The location is great: close to my favorite restaurant (Corto Lima) and coffee shop (Third Street Stuff) as well as within walking distance to downtown. Lexington, KY is a great place to visit--and this was the perfect place to stay.

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Came for Keeneland and the K3DE - this spot is about 15-20 minutes from both locations! It was great for us and our kid so he could have his own room, and we also had a kitchen so we could save a little on meal costs. Cute little apartment with nice amenities.

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

I will definitely book this place again when visiting my daughter. Near campus. Clean and comfortable home. Nicely stocked. Alexandra was a wonderful responsive host.

Spacious house and easy to find - location was perfect for what we needed for a trip to the Kentucky Horse Park! Less than 15 min drive and very comfortable for the 4 of us that stayed

Great place and super clean! Highly recommend. We were attending the bball game (KY v. AR) and we were just a few city blocks away. The bed was super comfy and the floors and baseboards were so clean and they had games available and snacks. Hosts communicated with us so promptly. Check out was a BREEZE. Highly recommend this place!

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My nose knows! And the linens were perfection. Cute home, perfect for my mom and I. Enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. Amazing food so close!!

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Lexington! I am a repeat guest. After traveling hours to get to the city, walking into the home was just so soothing. Natalie is just wonderful as the host. She is very thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. This home is very well appointed, and Natalie has added so many wonderful features. The location is very convenient and quiet which is great for being a tourist and resting after a full day of activities. I definitely enjoy the view of the tree and greenery in the back. It adds to the serenity of the home. The scrumptious treats from Natalie and Jason were so lovely and generous of them! I will definitely being staying here again. Fantastic stay at Ana’s house - great proximity to the horse park and downtown! House was clean, directions were clear, everything was super easy. Tons of extra towels and pillows so super easy to find something that suits your fancy!

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Lovely, spacious and well-appointed apartment in the charming town of Georgetown. Shanita was an amazing host.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

This was a perfect place to stay visiting my daughter at college. Easy access, and very quiet and just as pictured. Brandon was quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows- the bed linens were all new as well. The living room TV was a bonus!
