Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est très facile de marcher pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Francesco nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils de restaurants. Il est très réactif et a toujours su nous aider pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Logement situé en dehors de l’agitation de Rome même si une chambre est un peu bruyante. Le bus est au pied de l’immeuble est vous emmène en 20min Piazza Venezia, dans le centre de Rome. Proche du quartier Trastevere, très agréable en petits restaurants et rue piétonne animée. Logement très propre, grand. Communication très aisée avec l’hôte qui donne de nombreux conseils. Je recommande.

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home. It’s rare to find a host who truly cares about their guests’ experience, but Miguel does exactly that! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Apartamentul este foarte spatios, paturile sunt generoase. Sunt 3 dormitoare cu pat dublu, plus canapea in living. Bucatăria complet utilata. Foarte aproape de statia de metrou, iar in apropiere sunt restaurante si cafenele. Ne’am simtit foarte bine aici.
