Our sunny and spacious apartment enjoys an ideal location with panoramic sea views overlooking the Larnaca fishing marina. It is located in the heart of the Larnaca seafront, within walking distance to the most popular beaches and a 5 minute drive from the airport! From Mackenzie beach to Foinikoudes, everything is within a few minutes walk from your doorstep (be warned, the walk is longer if you stop by the amazing ice cream places on the way). Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!

Apartment 404 is a 3 Bedroom top spec & fully equipped beach apartment offering breathtaking views, situated on the most famous beachfront of Larnaca, Finikoudes. It is situated on Tessera Fanaria which is the most luxurious of complex of Larnaca. The bed in 1 room is King Size (180x200cm), in the 2nd room a Queen Size (160x200) and in the 3rd room are two single beds (90x200cm).
