Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
