An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. Beim Eintreffen in der Unterkunft haben wir Snacks und Essen vorgefunden. Zufem gab es für jeden nicht nur Handtücher zum Duschen, sondern auch Badetücher für den Pool. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und der Urlaub war toll.

This is our second visit to Sunset 1. We love the Villa, we will never get tired of the view from outside area. Villa is clean and has everything you need. We never hire a car and use local taxis to get shopping and take us into Lindos . The hill is still very steep 🤪... but worth the climb . As we visit in October the only thing that could be improved is if pool was heated ....as it is very bracing, but this wouldn't stop us booking Sunset 1 again.

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Our stay was just lovely. The photos and information provided are accurate. Stelios was responsive and attended to our needs immediately. There were 8 of us which left one bedroom empty. There is plenty of space for everyone. The pool area is well appointed and was a lovely place to relax. They have taken feedback from other guests and try to improve with every stay. We would definitely come back again. It was perfect!

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

Bonne semaine dans la magnifique villa d’Athina. Tout s’est très bien passé. Merci à elle. Nous aurions simplement aimé que notre hôte passe nous voir dans le courant de la semaine pour nous demander si tout se passait bien pour nous et si nous manquions de rien. Despina and her mother were superb hosts and very responsive. The place is excellently located close to all bars and amenities as well as the beach. We particularly enjoyed the unobstructed view of the mountains when lying in the pool. 4 bedrooms have en suites which suited us well. The pool is heated and lovely. Kitchen works well with a bathroom. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bbq were great. The kids had enough space to run around and we had a superb holiday

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Best place we have ever stayed, view is beautiful and the terrace and pool are perfectly set out. Really well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Vasiliki was always quick to respond and was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Momentum Villas in Rhodes! The heated pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The living and dining area was spacious and well-equipped for cooking and grilling. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was ample space for everyone. Everything was very clean, and the host’s service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! Georgia was very accommodating, and the owner of Momentum Villas was also very kind and helpful, always offering us assistance whenever we needed it. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Elias è sempre stato reattivo e gentile nelle sue risposte. la casa era stupenda e pulitissima. per via di un problema idraulico siamo stati spostati in un'altra casa della stessa zona, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e anzi, siamo stati messi in una casa più bella e grande rispetto a quella che avevamo pagato.

We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Accueil très chaleureux, excellentes instructions, tout à fait en adéquation avec la description disponible sur le site. Logement très propre, spacieux, très belle piscine, superbe vue, très beau cadre global, logement très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. L'hôtesse a de plus fait preuve d'une excellente réactivité quand nous avons eu besoin d'elle. Nous recommandons vivement et sans réserve cet endroit. Merci encore Caroline!!!
