Ashely was a super hostess! She was easy to reach, flexible,and always willing to be of any assistance. When the power went out, she helped me set up the generator over on the phone and even came by to help set it up. She is a gracious hostess and her place is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity and Air BNB could need! I loved staying here !

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

We had a relaxing stay with lots of options for activities around us. Before we arrived, we received recommendations from the host. The area is quite residential, and the neighbors were kind. There is a bit of noise from animals and such, but Alisha provided ear plugs. The noise didn’t bother us, and there are fans for white noise. One of our activities ran longer than planned, and Alisha was very understanding about a slightly late checkout. Will come back if we’re in the area again!

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

Muy buena experiencia

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

Nice place to stay. It looks like the pictures. There’s a lot to do, beachfront and great restaurants nearby. I recommend this place 100%.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

Gabriel was very responsive throughout the stay. Place was clean, easy walk to the beach. We had to alter our plans due to power outage but Gabriel kept in great communication and was very helpful.

We found this place at the last minute after having a challenging experience at another air bnb. This place saved our trip! We stayed two nights and found the place very clean and just as described and as represented in the photos. The view is beautiful and there is easy access to ferries and marinas which will get you some of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches. It is very close the El Conquistador resort. There is a grocery store and a Walgreens within a 15-20 minute drive. There are several local restaurants within walking distance that are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The host was quick to communicate and check in instructions were very easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again if we decide to visit this side of the island again!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

El espacio es perfecto para relajarse y desconectarse además de ser bastante privado. Siento que el espacio es más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio y organizado. Cydmary fue muy atenta siempre a nuestras dudas y respondía super rápido. Lo recomiendo 100%. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y esperamos volver en un futuro.

We loved staying at this apartment. the views from the 27th floor directly out to the ocean are amazing. we enjoyed several sunrises on the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the couch and table were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and even had some oil and spices. There was even beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and two microfiber quick dry beach towels. The storm shutter rattled some in the wind because it's stuck partially open but that is what it is. We felt super safe and had a great time.

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!

Evy was such an amazing host. She was very communicative prior to and after our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and peaceful as described. The back patio was the best part offering a comfortable seating area with all you need to relax and enjoy the country breeze. The home has some extras when it comes to essentials and even though we didn't use any of the games, it is well equipped with that too. This is a must for anyone who enjoys peace and tranquility and a clean home. I will definitely recommend and look forward to future stays. Thank you

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

The home is in a great location with stores close by and a few minutes away from the Luquillo Kiosks.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

Stayed here for a week and everything was perfect aside from the beach. One of the best airbnbs in the luquillo area. The beach in front may look very different from photos. In ur case it was very washed out with large boulders and concrete creating a short wall between beach and water. We were disappointed but there is a nice private beach a very short walk down the road.

We booked this very last minute as our previous booking did not work out. Jessica was so helpful and got us set up within 2 hours of placing the request. The house is wonderful. I can’t think of anything else that would be needed. It was spotless and so very well equipped for people of all ages. There are wonderful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!
