Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was everything we could have hoped for—beautifully designed with great attention to detail, fully equipped with everything we needed, and sparkling clean. The view was simply stunning!!! Our host, Beverly, was incredibly responsive and friendly. We happened to stay during a power outage that affected the whole island, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. It’s a quiet, peaceful area with great amenities and easy access to incredible attractions like the ferry to Culebra and El Yunque National Park. Thank you, Beverly, for an unforgettable stay! We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

What a beautiful condo. We loved the ocean views and comfy chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - air fryer, microwave, oven and stove, toaster oven, tons of dishware, dishware for small children, etc! The washer and dryer were so convenient and the AC was nice and cold. It was apparent the condo was well loved and cared for. There were lots of nice extras including extra towels and blankets, pool and beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We also took advantage of there being 3 TVs. We loved the property grounds and spent many evenings at the pool after going to the beach. Playa Azul was gorgeous with waves, and Playa de Luquillo was calm and had good food. Our favorite was the quiet area between the two, it felt like a private island! Karen was very responsive to any messages before and during our trip. She was a gem to work with and I would be happy to recommend her property to anyone staying in the area.

Maria’s place is up in the 28th floor of a locked condo, with your own private balcony facing the ocean. Honestly can’t get much better than that!! The first thing we noticed upon entering, even before the ocean view, was just how adorably decorated this place was. It’s probably the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever been to! The unit is small but was just fine for the two of us and had everything we needed. We didn’t need to communicate with Maria much but she was responsive when we did. If you’re looking to stay near beaches, the bio bay and the rainforest, this is a good bet.

Fantastic AIRBNB! First, the host went way above and beyond to help us out with a couple of things. Her responsiveness was immaculate. Next the AIRBNB is in a gated, safe, and quiet community. Next, all of the rooms and the common areas were great. Last, the location is perfect if you’re doing anything on the East side of Puerto Rico. We were were within 15 - 20 minutes of El Yunque and Las Pailas. Also, we took the ferry from Ceiba to Culebra and got there within 30 minutes from the AIRBNB. There are major supermarkets like Wal Mart, Ralph’s, etc within 10 minutes. Overall, everything was superb.

We booked the same day we traveled to the island, March 14-March 2016. Javier was very friendly as soon as we made the reservation. The location of this property is excellent, very close to pharmacies, Walmart, breakfast bars, and restaurants. The beaches are nearby and beautiful. El Yunque Rainforest is also very close, and we enjoyed its nature and waterfalls. The property is very well-equipped, very clean, and has a beautiful beach decor. They welcomed us with delicious coffee made in Puerto Rico. In the closet, we also found extra beach chairs, coolers, and other items that they shared to make our visit more pleasant. They placed two hammocks in the back of the house, and we fell in love with the tropical atmosphere. Thank you for all the attention we received; we will return soon.

It was really great place to stay with family and it was very clean and quiet! Definitely recommended!

We had a great time at Manuel’s place, the location was great very close to the beaches and great food. The house was very beautiful and clean and he was a great and responsive host.

We really liked the apartments. It was very nice having two separate apartments. Angel also ensured that we had everything needed for the beach. (Umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels) This saved us money and time. There is a little road noise but if you close the bedroom door at night, this is a non-issue. Entering through the gate is a little tricky. The gate itself is accordion style so once you figure that out, it’s less difficult to get in. We definitely recommend Angel’s location when visiting Puerto Rico.

Nos gustó mucho nuestra estadía! Excelente ubicación. La mayoría de nuestras actividades quedaban en Luquillo y todo estaba a unos 15 minutos. Alexis nos brindó todas instrucciones entonces no lo tuvimos que contactar para nada. Nos gustó que nos brindó muchas toallas. En conclusión, ninguna queja. 100% recomendado.

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful home, cozy atmosphere and very quiet neighborhood, well kept home and very spacious everything was perfect great location only 3 minutes away from the beach. Ms. Mirnalis was an EXCELLENT host, I 100% recommend Ms. Mirnalis home and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank You !!!!!!

My stay was fantastic! Upon my arrival there was an island-wide blackout and Hector was very quick to inform me about power to the building. He quickly put my nerves at ease and provided supplies for my stay. Thankfully the power came back in less than 12 hours, and everything was in working order. I have to say, the view is pretty incredible. Almost feels like you’re on the balcony of a cruise ship! The bedroom air conditioning was great. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plates, and even had coffee, creamer, and sugar for the perfect cup of coffee. Now I will say, the walk up the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby was a little confusing at first, but once I found my way, it was pretty easy. Also had really great WiFi with a tv that streams anything you want from your phone. And one of the best touches was that there were beach supplies to use! And a cooler too! By far an awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the island.

With 3 kids having 3 bedroom worked really well for us. The place has every thing you need for vacation.. good bedrooms , bathrooms , living space , balcony with ocean view .. There is also beach toys and gadgets available forum the guest. The best part is is is only 15 min drive to the ferry terminals.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos una visita maravillosa.

Stayed here for two nights to visit El Yunque and Kayak the bio bay. It's a great location for both and has plenty of safe easy parking in a gated lot. The views from the room are great and the pool is massive. Some of the reviews from previous years mention there was no A/C in the living room, but this has been resolved as there is now a second A/C unit in the living room. On Friday night the bar down by the water had live music which could easily be heard in the bedroom. Upon closer inspection one of the window pieces was missing, which allowed the sound to come in like the window was open. The bar eventually closed and it wasn't too big of a deal for sleeping. The host was notified to hopefully repair the window for future guests

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views…clear instructions, clean condo, tons to do in the area both walkable and short drives. The host was communicative, assuring that all was well. I had no issues. I enjoyed a beautiful view, peace, and quiet with many options for entertainment outdoors. The lake there connecting with ocean was cool to see. Tons of walking on the beach opportunities. My favorite part was the balcony…the view…the breeze…and a cozy clean space.

We had a terrific stay. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos make it look - beautifully decorated with lots of room to spread out and be comfortable, and everything you need in terms of kitchenware, beach towels, a bluetooth speaker, coolers, and beach chairs. Of course, it was the view and the pools that we came for - and they were both absolutely fantastic. Make sure you carve out time just to hang out at the infinity pool and definitely book ahead for any snorkeling or bioluminescent tours (we didn't and regretted it). Overall a really terrific stay and a great host -- we will absolutely be coming back!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.
