Lovely place in a fantastic location. Uncluttered and beautifully presented with everything we needed. Having parking and outdoor space in such a central Brighton location is a real bonus. Will definitely come back!

Vania’s flat was very nice! We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as was the furniture in the living room area. We also liked having a washing machine! The public transportation into London is very easy! We’d hop on the 140 right outside the door, take it two stops to the tube station and the tube went right to pretty much whatever stop you needed! The neighborhood is lively. We would get back kind of late and still markets and restaurants were open and people were out and about and it was Sunday/Monday. I recommend Praba and The White Horse - such good food at both places and easy to walk to. I recommend Vania’s place! I hope to be back in London again and would stay for sure.

Was such a beautiful location - waking up to the sea right outside was stunning! The place is beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. Each room is much bigger then expected and the bathrooms were spotless. Every room was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully put together (with extra towels etc...). The only thing to watch out for are the stairs - we were not expecting quite so many but once you get to the flat the view makes it all worth it! Would highly recommend.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

An amazing windmill AIRBNB in a quiet area with sheep nearby.Wrap around porch was wonderful to sit out for morning coffee and to see moonrise. Wonderful public footpaths to take you to Hole Park Gardens and bluebells as well as close to town. Clare had wonderful welcome food basket and had great information about the area. Perfect Hostess!

Comfy, cosy, well equipped - perfect for our mini break. Julie is lovely & super quick to respond. Nothing bad 2 say .. we had a lovely stay TY 😁
