My family and I came for a 4 day stay, the house was perfect for our needs, was just as listed and was near a lot of restaurants, the beach and other fun activities. Would def recommend.

This is the second time we stayed at Christie’s place. Again, it was phenomenal. We absolutely love the view of the golf, having meals out on the balcony is amazing. It is so easy to walk to the water, like amazingly easy, four minutes at most. The kitchen has every utensil and dish you would need, we cook often here. Getting in and out is great, the indoor heated pool is nice for cooler or windy days. Our kids love this place and we are looking forward to our 3rd stay!

John's place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable, which is very important to us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping on our coffee. Though not directly on the beach, we could still see the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves from the balcony. John's place is just a walk away or bicycle ride away from many of the shops and restaurants. Most importantly, it's a very short walk to the beach, to feel the sand between your toes and sit to watch the sunrise. We highly recommend staying here for a beach vacation.

Cheryl's place was absolutely fantastic and Cheryl is one of the nicest host I've stayed at. Beach is walking distance. Food and entertainment is close by and you are in the middle of everything but in a private location. Even the neighbors are friendly. Will definitely be back and wish I would give 6 stars 🌟

Brittany was very responsive and accommodating. My children and family enjoy their time at the beach. The condo gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, beach, and a few restaurants close by.

I want to start by thanking Lance and Stephanie for their flexibility and for accommodating us on such short notice. The condo was absolutely perfect—just as pictured, if not better in person. It had everything we needed, from coffee to beach toys, and the view of the sunrise each morning was breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

This vacation and booking was beyond amazing with an incredible host ! The instructions were clear from the beginning of the trip . Not very long and written out. The area of stay was very nice and felt safe. Neighbors and maintenance man very friendly. Other people booking bnb’s were in the area as well but keep noise to a minimal 😊 Just cool young adults having fun coming back from the beach ! And the neighbors were very welcoming . Felt like home. Home was very clean. Great view of pool. Valentina was exceptional in responding in a timely fashion. Very nice and courteous. Clean up instructions very clear not too demanding . Asked of simple things, which me and my family normal do anyway lol as an act of kindness to show our appreciation and gratitude of letting us stay and book 💜 I also left my keys at the home and didn’t realize until I made it back into another state ! Absolutely the best air bnb i have ever stayed in. Amber is literally the best host ever! My daughter turned 18 when we stayed and her place was the perfect spot for a mother daughter celebration. From her checking on us to make sure we were safe to the perfect dinner reservation recommendations, everything was Perfect and the smile on my daughters face was all thanks to amber and her place. I will be back to orange beach and im ONLY staying here.

Daniel was a great host - he was extremely responsive and helpful when we had an issue locating the apartment at check-in. The apartment is clean and well-kept - this is an ideal location for a beach holiday!

Beautiful Airbnb! It is just a short drive from the beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. It was very nice and private. Overall, great stay!

Spacious and quiet nestled in the heart of Midtown. Hosts were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Great for 2-3 if you’re looking for a combination of historic, local feeling but want the coziness of something updated.

This was the perfect location for our spring break trip to Gulf Shores. The condo is excellent for adults seeking a little quiet or for adults with older children who can walk places. Our pup loved walking the lagoon and we all loved waking up, sitting on the large deck and having coffee in the morning sun. Denise was responsive to emails and we loved staying here!

Fantastic location with restaurants, bars, beach and near by attractions. The location was easy to take our dogs out, and there was even a dog park a short drive away!

Chris was super nice with allowing us a last-minute stay. The condo was in a nice area, and it was super peaceful. The condo was updated, clean, and very homey. The neighboring tenants were also really welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend for any family!

We had a great stay! Loved the place and enjoyed the location. It was very clean and cozy and Pete was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

It was a perfect setting! The unit is older but nicely kept. It is very close to a great walkable beach and even tho it was Spring break, there were not many people! Outside is nice, sand , horse shoes and fire pit, The only thing we didn’t appreciate were one of the neighbors. I had my two German Shepherds who are very well trained service dogs. We were taking them for their last walk before bed about 11pm, a bonfire was going on and they barked at the folks, literally less than a minute before I made them stop, neighbors called the owner and reported me. Also accused me of having them off leash. This was my first experience with neighbors such as this. Receiving a call from the owner made me nervous when we went out or if my pups made noise for the rest of my stay. Oddly enough many other dogs around us barked constantly. I took a bag out daily and picked up left poo from small dogs left on the beach and the walk to the beach. Other than that it was a well needed relaxing trip!

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Great beach area and nice pools. A bit out of longer drive to the property area, so be prepared for dark road in/out when traveling at night.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

this place was perfect for me and my friends! everything was renovated and having a washer and dryer in unit was great! everything was as described, and better than expected. pier 33 is just a few mins walk, and so are some great places to eat. the beach is also right across the street which was convient. the hosts were very friendly and helpful during our whole stay and even before the trip began! would definitely stay here again :)

We absolutely loved the place. Felt right at home as soon as you entered the door. Gorgeous beach with private access! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip down!
