Great place to spend spring break with the kids and grandparents. Centrally located to lots of things to do (hiking, beach, shopping). Kitchen was well stocked and user friendly. Game room was a huge hit across all generations of the family. Godzilla art was icing on the cake for game room decorations. The kayaks were great and fun to use in such a beautiful area. Although we didn't catch much the dock was set up for fishing and crabbing. Pogies down the road was great for fishing and family boat fun. Owners were very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Despite a minor glitch upon check-in, we had a 5 star stay at Prashant’s place. The host and cleaning company went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The best thing was sipping coffee in bed while watching the most amazing sunrises I’ve ever seen. Talk about room with a view! All balconies were perfect for sunrises, sunsets, or watching dolphins swim up and down the shore line. The elevator was a HUGE plus for loading and unloading during our stay. We also took advantage of the hot tub and closet of beach supplies and chairs. Prashant’s place was the PERFECT place to recharge and get ready for a New Year! We look forward to returning in the near future.

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

Carolina Cabana was perfect for our family beach trip. The house is just as described and located in a quiet area that is close to everything. With two little ones in our group, we loved having the beach so close and a pool in the back yard. Jamie was great to work with and made check in/out so easy. We are already planning our 2025 trip. Lovely house and location for multi-generation family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Nice dining space for large family. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

If you are looking for both serene views of the sound and easy access to the beach this is the best place. This home has both! The hot tub & pool are an added bonus along with a fence to not have to worry about kids or pets. Really enjoyed the fire pit and grill as well. Plenty of room for family or friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with needs like spices, oil, foil and Tupperware which is always a great thing to have.

All of our family loved the house and definitely would stay there again. Nice place, all the extras made our vacation easier: like the kid's plates, utensils and cups; extra pool toys; plenty of towels; plenty of space in all the rooms, etc; and the best golf cart in the neighborhood!! The name of the place certainly describes the vibe there, relaxing and plenty of entertainment for all.

We had a wonderful last minute beach getaway at this home. We loved the beach access right across the street; a beautiful beach with plenty of room. We almost had the whole beach to ourselves one evening while walking our dog! The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The view in the back is amazing! My teenage kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We were very happy with our stay here!
