We had a wonderful stay in Anna’s apartment! The apartment itself was spotless, well equipped (a special thanks to the espresso machine which helped us survive sleepless nights with an eight months old), and it had some well thought out designs 👏🏼 The balcony was also really comfortable and great for a morning coffee in the sun! As we were travelling with a baby the park just across the road was great for a stroll and we also made a few running laps each! We managed to find some really good places to eat nearby as well, although the bus to the city center only took 15-20 min (depending on traffic). Bus nr 11 will take you straight to Farini (close to Piazza Maggiore). We loved it here and got some great design ideas for our future home! Thanks, Anna, for hosting us!

ottima soluzione in centro a Faenza appartamento arredato benissimo elegante nuovo e confortevole e molto silenzioso.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

The space is located right in town and there are several bars and restaurants very close. There are grocery stores available as well. I had a car and there were several free lots to park the car in that were in close walking distance to the space. Giovanna was very helpful with any issue I had.

Miejsce oceniam na 5 gwiazdek, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, Mara była zawsze zainteresowana czy wszystko jest ok i czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładna i pachnąca pościel, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona a huśtawka w pokoju dodatkowo umiliła nam pobyt. Polecam :)

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Eravamo quattro ospiti, la casa è molto bella e attrezzata, ci hanno lasciato acqua e qualche snack, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro…tutto perfetto! Grazie!

Lo spazio è piccolo ma accogliente, estremamente pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Mirko è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

L’appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato forse una decina di anni fa mantenendo le mattonelle forse originali nella zona cucina e bagno del piano terra. Qualche quadro un po’ inquietante lo avrei evitato ma a parte queste piccolezze l’appartamento è gradevole e sei come a casa. Un comodo zona living con un bel televisore, adiacente alla cucina. I bagni sono molto piccoli ma non si poteva fare altro in queste graziose casette del centro. Comodo il fatto che non hai la chiave. C’è un moderno sistema a combinazione per accedere alla casa. Letti comodi ed ampi. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

Stefania was so easy to work with and a great communicator. The unit is all new, recently remodeled and very clean. It is ideally situated in Ravenna- only 3 blocks to the historical center and access to everything in the city. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a parking spot for our rental car! Stefania was very helpful and met us at the unit to show us around and was available by text message when any questions popped up. We plan to book again for later this year.

Genügend Platz für 3 Leute. Gut war, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war perfekt, um viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab dem Haus, z.B. durch den Wald zum Strand laufen. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell bei Fragen reagiert, auch spät abends, als wir ankamen. Sehr nette Geste zum Check-in, es gab Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee, Saft. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Geschirrspüler. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch den Trockner, den es zur Waschmaschine gibt. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Wohnung- den Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, da es draußen leider eher kalt war und mehrfach regnete, so dass die Wäsche ohne Trockner nicht trocken geworden wäre. Ein kleines Sofa hätten wir uns noch gewünscht, um etwas bequem Fernsehen schauen zu können. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und fair.

leider waren wir nur 2 nächte in der ca‘ pradella. am liebsten wären wir 2 wochen geblieben! das war von angst an klar. ein wunderschönes haus in einer wunderschönen umgebung und so tolle gastgeber. wir haben uns so sehr gefreut, dass wir euch kennengelernt haben, antonelle und vinzenco! vielen dank für eure gastfreundschaft. tim und ich werden wiederkommen!

Appartamento delizioso immerso nel verde delle colline emiliane, perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di relax, tra natura e silenzio. Antonella super carina. Assolutamente consigliato!

The apartment is very cosy and has all the needed amenities, very well equipped, one feels themselves at home in no time. It is precious (and rare in Bologna), that a parking space belongs to the accommodation. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment is in a very nice, peaceful and safe area, there is a big supermarket literally around the corner and nice restaurants around. The downtown is 5 kms away, which is an hour’s walk or a 15 minutes bus round (bus stop is cc 300 metres away). Everything was spotless clean. Marika is super nice, very friendly and approachable, answering fast. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Durante il nostro breve soggiorno è andato tutto benissimo, la casa corrispondeva alle foto e la posizione si è rivelata ottima. In caso di esigenza futura valuterò sicuramente di tornare.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais c'était parfait. Parking privé à 5mn à pieds (un payant juste en face si besoin pour décharger la voiture). En plein centre, à 5mn à pieds de San Vitale et des autres sites historiques. Angy était présente à notre arrivée, très sympathique et arrangeante. Appartement très agréable et lumineux, calme et confortable. Nous recommandons.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!
