Her yere çabuk ulaşım vardı.Daire çok temiz ve tertipli idi.Aracim için kapalı otopark mevcuttu.Hersey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş.İstanbula geldiğimizde kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.Ailece çok çok rahat ettik.Ev sahibimiz gayet anlayışlı idi Herkese tavsiye ederim 👋

Great place to stay. Stayed for 10 days and it was great. we loved the unit as well as the building being clean, safe and private. Resturants and shops are across the street. Going to Taksim and catching public transportation you have to pass a neighbourhood walking up a hill which may be inconvenient for some.

Nihan is a great host. She arranged early check-in for us. It really made things easier after a 12h flight with two young kids. Her staff and front desk team were very friendly and helpful. We used to stay at the Sheraton Hotel right next door, but this airbnb is so much more spacious. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment! It was spotless and beautifully maintained, making our family feel right at home. The kids had a blast at the pool, while I took full advantage of the gym and sauna. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a small grocery store just a short walk away. I genuinely regret spending a few days in a hotel during our trip – this place was so much better! Next time, we’ll definitely book our entire stay here. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to assist within minutes. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul

Apartamento muito confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. Há 10 minutos de carro da praça Taksin. Nihan foi muito gentil e atendeu a nossas solicitações com muita rapidez. Foi uma experiência muito agradável.

The was host was very nice and very attentive to all of our needs, she was very helpfull and responds very quick! There is a shop and a restaurant on the first floor, which is perfect if you don’t want to go out for erands. It’s also easy to order good food from nearby restaurants, also very quick delivery. I really enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommended if you’re in Istanbul!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. La cuisine est un vrai plus dans ce logement. L’hôte est très réactif, le logement est dans un lieu très sécurisé avec une sécurité présente 24h/24.

Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

great place near the station. would love to come back

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Eyo et d’Ali se sont rendus disponibles pour nous accueillir, avec une grande flexibilité et toujours réactif par message. Le logement était idéal pour un séjour de quelques nuits, avec la Tour de Galata à quelques minutes à pieds et le tram pour rejoindre le centre historique en 15 minutes. Je vous conseille ce logement sans hésiter !
