The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Highly recommended. Location is perfect. Balat is different from the usual Taksim, Galata, Sultanahmet and the like. Hosts are extremely responsive. Would come here again. Very good value for money. Thanks

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

Burak was very kind and responsive—when I had a small problem late at night, around 11 pm but I messaged him and he came right away to help I really appreciated his support It was a comfortable and easy stay overall

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Binada Burak beyin misafirlerine hizmet vermek maksadıyla açmış olduğu market spa ve restourant mevcut. Ev zaten mükemmeldi içeri girer girmez mükemmel bir kokuyla başladık konaklamaya, yatak aşırı rahattı. Drew was proactive to all of my needs. The rooftop terrace offered stunning city views and Galata Tower over the buildings, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very conveniently located in the Beyoglu district. We were able to walk to all the attractions. Lisa turned out to be an excellent host—she helped us with check-in and resolved any issues that arose. The apartment is warm, which is very important for early March in Istanbul. The only drawback is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The staircase is quite narrow, which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, we liked the apartment and had a wonderful time staying at Lisa’s place.

Wir waren sieben Tage in der Unterkunft von Melda und Kerem. Es war insgesamt wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen hat Kerem sofort geantwortet und hatte auch super Empfehlungen parat. Die Unterkunft war sauber und liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zum Taksim Platz und der Einkaufsstraße Istiklal. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

The Airbnb was a great place to stay and the location was perfect. Very walkable to get around and have everything you need in a comfortable distance. the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

تجربه جميلة و مريحه و آمنه ، منطقه جميله ، تسجيل دخول سلس ، قد تكون المنطقه تبعد نوعا عن الاماكن لكن بشكل عام رهيبه و هادئه ، السكن مناسب و كبير لو عدت الى اسطنبول سأقوم بحجزه مره اخرى
