Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live

On the beach, right in front of the sea!
50-60 min workout

Warm up: 15 minutes
Social and funny games to warm up and know each other Technique

10 minutes
Repetition of the different technical movements of the workout, so everyone can train safely.

WOD (Workout of the day) Circuit: 20-25 minutes
Strength and endurance session over various exercises (Bodyweight - No fitness tool) .

Calm down + Stretching + Sharing moments: 5-10 min

Dónde estarás

Very close to El Poblenou, a trendy neighborhood in town. I highly recommand you to have a walk there afterwards, it’s great place to see! Also, there is a great “Chiriguinto” (typical spanish beach restaurant) where you will able to have a coffee/breakfast/lunch and refuel your body.
Easy to reach: walk/metro/bus/tax/bike
Also for your information, there are beach showers where we will be training! ;)

Thibault is a really nice and motivating trainer with challenging and fun training. The view of the training location is also perfect. I would really recommend it!

Thibault is a pro! He came well prepared and the training was carefully planned according to participants physical level. He was very detailed and checked with each person for his/her physical condition in advance. It’s a great experience and more importantly, it’s the activity that one misses the most if you are doing regular training and sports.

The training sessions with Thibault were amazing. He asked about my fitness level in advance to prepare the best possible training. I can only recommend his training sessions because they are fun but challenging at the same time.

Thibault is a super trainer, great personality and knows the challenges for each person so he adapts the program for each participant. I was lucky to have a one-on-one training due to some cancelations but I couldn't be happier to recommend Thibault. It's early, but it prepares you for a great day and nothing beats a sunrise at the beach. Don't hesitate, just do it!

I have been training for some races and did not want to lose any ground on vacation, and this was definitely worth it. Did a great job pushing me and was a perfect way to start the day. Absolute professional and would recommend to anyone considering getting a solid workout either for training, or to burn extra calories before more eating.

Thibault is a real professional! After I contacted him, he explained me in message what kind of excercise he can prepare to me based on my abilities! We met early in the morning on the beach, where he already set up everything for training! Training exercises was very simple, hard but very interesting and valuable, exactly how training needs to be! Training is around 60 minutes and flies out in talking, fun and ofc sweat! I hope in future I will cooperate with Thibault every time when I came to Barcelona, and I would definetely recomend him to everybody, because except he is a quality and good personal trainer he is a good person as well, ready to help out of the training ground with lots of tips and info about city and more!
