Qué harás

Join an interactive street art experience— right from your home!

1) Take an Art Walk Featuring 40+ Artists:

Explore NYC and the vibrant walls of the Graff arts collective, a fairly-hidden gem in East Williamsburg. You'll learn about a wide-range of artistic styles. As I tour you around the neighborhood I’ll share some of the artist's unique stories, common techniques, and the cultural roots of NYC’s graffiti scene.

2) Discover the Largest Street Art Gallery in the USA:

Next, I'll take you over to the Bushwick Collective, first founded in 2011, now the largest outdoor street art collective in the country. This is a huge tourist hub, featuring murals from dozens of international artists. I’ll share some insights on the commercialization of street art, modern styles, and how the outdoor art landscape continues to evolve over time.

3) Tap into Brooklyn’s Graffiti, Pour a Drink & Connect:

Brooklyn is a thriving hub for some of the finest coffee roasteries and beer breweries in the world, places where many of us typically enjoy time socializing with friends and family. We’ll even spend some time along the tour connecting at these hot-spots!

Link to join will be shared 24 hours before booking time. Thank you!

Hello everyone my name is Ariel Coello. You can call me Ari. Since I was a child I’ve had a travel bug and a desire to color walls. I’ve lived in many hubs for street art including London, Barcelona, and my home playground of Brooklyn. I’ve been documenting street art photography through my travels for over 15 years now. I took the stage most recently with Creative Mornings NYC to talk about how street art can aid community and support positive causes for justice. The passion lies not only in the power of the arts, but how they are are everchanging, evolving, and speaking to the times.
If you look hard enough, you’ll feel the outcry from the streets in the walls you see. It’s something you just cannot find in a museum. Period.
I like to bring people into the raw, uncut side of Brooklyn that still remains a bit untraveled. You’ll get to

This was such a lovely experience to do on my first day in New York! It's so interesting to learn about all the different stories behind the artists, where they are from, and the messages they are trying to convey through their art! Loved hanging out with Ari and going for drinks afterwards! Really such a memorable day, would recommend 100%!

The tour was awesome, Ariel was friendly and knew what he was talking about, the location is perfect and got to learn a lot about new artists and even got to see some of them working in some street art as we walked around the neighborhood. The coffee shop was perfect and they actually served good coffee. Overall a great experience!

Really interesting and educational. It's obvious that Ariel is passionate about this community and the art that surrounds it. He was really easy to converse with and was really friendly and personable. Be wary that the description may have you expect more... it is a guided walk through a part of the East Williamsburg. You'll learn much of the stories and history behind them, including the various artists. Highly recommend if you're also into graffiti or would like to be introduced to the world behind it.

This is a super in depth tour of local street art in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, a lot of street art is becoming very commercialized, but Ariel took us to a neighborhood with authentic, raw, interesting street art. His sister Yari also came along to cohost and help take photos. It was nice taking this tour during the winter, and having such a small group. It would be fun to take this tour again in the Spring or the Summer, and see the street art being made too!
