We will make, shape, and bake wholemeal and white bread using 100% organic, stoneground flours from Cann Mills—the location of our school. We will continue our dough journey and make sweet buns using a traditional English method—the ferment. During the workshop, we will explore yeast, fermentation, and flour. You will have plenty of hands-on shaping practice as we guide you through dough…
