Miku is deeply passionate about living in harmony with the self, others and all beings. She truly believes that each one of us contains the seeds of wisdom for the universe and the true purpose of being a teacher is to help guide each person to access the wisdom they already hold within themselves. In this practice, you will be guided through not just the physical poses, but may also experience deeper levels of awareness as you are guided along the path to living in more vibrant centered-ness in connection with nature. We will begin our practice underneath a beautiful pine tree right beside the lake. I lay out colorful blankets in a kaleidoscope pattern which creates a beautiful Mandala of energy to support your flow. Once you are seated in a comfortable position, we begin with a seated mindful breathing exercise, as I play the flute inviting you to tune into the sounds all around you and ground deeply into the space. From there we follow a hatha flow practice, alternating between static holding postures and flowing movement with breath. This practice is all-levels and can be customized to meet you right where you are at. We close each class with a savasana deep integration resting pose complete with lavender eye pillows and a final flute melody to help you relax and receive the full integration of your practice.

We will practice in a beautiful grassy space right beside the lake that is warmed by the sun, right beside a gorgeous pine tree (I call the "yoga tree"). It is one of the best places around the lake to practice.

Requisitos para los participantes
Pueden participar hasta 8 personas de mínimo 18 años. I teach all-levels classes. The only constraint is you will need to be able to sit on a blanket on the ground comfortably for about 6-7 minutes.
This is not a remote nature location for our practice, we will be at one of Seattle's most popular parks. The atmosphere is quite lively, but we drop into such a deep space that you won't really even notice this by the end of practice.
