I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

Πολυ ομορφο σπιτι,προσεγμενο με φουλ εξοπλισμενη κουζινα! Ολα περιποιημενα και πεντακαθαρα! Ο εξωτερικος χωρος διπλα στην πισινα απλα καταπληκτικος, με σαλονακι,τραπεζαρια,μπαρμπεκιου και οτιδηποτε μπορει να ζητησει ο επισκεπτης! Το σπιτι καλυπτει ολες τις αναγκες και τις επιθυμιες! Απλα τελειο!

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος όπως οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμη καλύτερος. Καταπληκτική είσοδος με πολύ όμορφη αυλή να σε καλοσωρίζει. Πολύ κοντά στην στάση μετρό. Σε κοντινή απόσταση φούρνος. Απολαύσαμε την ομορφιά των Βορείων Προστασίων, ενω ταυτόχρονα είσαι και κοντά στο κέντρο είτε με το αυτοκίνητο είτε χρησιμοποιήσεις το μετρό. Πολύ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο το Αττικό Πάρκο που μας εντυπωσίασε. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός, διακριτικός. Δεν χρειαστήκαμε τίποτα περισσότερο. Αν είχαμε παραπάνω χρόνο σίγουρα θα παρατείναμε την διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναεπιλέξω σαν χώρο στο μέλλον αν χρειαστεί.

Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en la casa, disponíamos de todo lo necesario. Homer e Isabella contestaron rápidamente todas nuestras dudas tanto sobre la casa como las normas de tráfico o las distancias y todo nos lo pusieron muy fácil. Desde luego que voy a recomendarles cada vez que alguien conocido vaya a Atenas. Y si volvemos, tengo claro que repetiré.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!!! Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό, άνετο, καθαρό, βγαλμένο μέσα από παλιά ελληνική ταινία!!! Πρόκειται για μια ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, με εύκολο πάρκιγκ, με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια, κουζίνα, μπάνιο και μια πίσω αυλη για το πρωινό καφεδακι. Ο Θάνος είναι ένας ευγενεστατος, δωτικος κ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης, πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα σε ότι και αν χρειαστηκαμε! Σίγουρα το σπίτι αυτό έγινε η πρώτη μας επιλογή για κάθε επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Maria est très accueillante et nous a donné des instructions claires avant notre arrivée pour trouver le logement facilement. Elle a en plus été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est assez grand et très lumineux, nous avons bien profité du balcon. merci Maria !

החוויה שלנו הייתה מושלמת, נסענו 5 בנות למסיבת רווקות אנדראס חיכה לקבל אותנו ולהדריך אותנו על כל פרט בדירה, נתן לנו להרגיש בבית מהרגע הראשון הדירה נקייה ברמה שאני לא מכירה, מהשירותים והמטבח, המצעים, הכל היה מצוחצח אפילו בלי טיפת אבק. אנדראס היה זמין אלינו לכל דבר, אפילו עזר לנו להשיג מקומות למסעדה שלא הצלחנו להשיג אותם בטלפון דאג לנו להסעות לשדה תעופה מעבר לשירות המדהים שקיבלנו, הדירה מהממת ביופי שלה ונעימה כל כך המיקום שלה מושלם!! גם קרובה להכל ומרכזית וגם נמצאת ברחוב שקט ומהמם אין ספק שאני ממליצה תודה רבה על החוויה!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

This is a great air bnb with plenty of character. Very clean and spacious. Konstantinos is an excellent host. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on my next visit

Die Unterkunft von Aris ist sehr schön. Bei Eintritt ins Haus hat man sich wohl gefühlt! Der Garten ist so chillig und es ist von der Lage her perfekt für uns gewesen, da wir Familie in Peristeri wohnen haben! Aris war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war tadellos! Beim nächsten Osterfest ist er wieder unsere erste Wahl!

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

This is a fantastic place to stay - we had 4 days and wished for longer. The house is exactly as described/pictured; spacious and full of light and colour. You really feel like you know the hosts a little bit, even if you don't meet them. We loved hanging out with their cats and our kiddo loved their kid's room. The other huge plus is the neighbourhood - there's no better place to stay in Athens, IMHO. It's a short and largely off-street walk to all the main sights, but the street the house is on really does feel like a little village. It's pedestrianized and incredibly quiet. Head down the block, though, and there's everything you need within a couple minutes walk - a lovely cafe, a bunch of great restaurants, a solid little grocery store, a few great places to stop for a drink, etc. Just the best possible home base to really enjoy Athens.

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία,με τον Γιάννη να είναι καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης.Πραγματικα ενοιωσα σαν το σπίτι μου και όλα ήταν ακριβώς όπως τα περίμενα.Ενα όμορφο,καθαρο και ήσυχο σπίτι.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train and Marousi downtown. Very nice and responsive hosts, fully equipped kitchen, assigned parking spot, washer. Great stay!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Kato Patissia. Nel raggio di 200 metri ci sono molti locali per mangiare e fare spesa. Posizionato in vicolo chiuso quindi senza passaggio di veicolo. Il giardinetto esterno consente di stare all’aperto senza necessità di uscire. Appartamento pulito e con WiFi. Tutto come da descrizione e Host molto gentile e veloce nel rispondere. Consigliato!
