Allawah Country Cottage is situated at the end of a quite country lane on a family owned 160-acre working cattle property only 4km (5 minutes by car) from the centre of Byron Bay and its world famous beaches. The Milking Shed is a romantic sanctuary located in part of the Big Scrub and the volcanic hills of the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW. A small working Macadamia farm. The cottage is well equipped to accomodate 2 guest;also a sofa bed if required and a shared in ground swimming pool. A breakfast hamper of healthy produce is provided on arrival. The best of both worlds, a relaxing natural and tranquil country experience, yet only 20/35 minutes drive the coastal towns.

Byron Bay is 15 minutes drive and Ballina airport around 20 minutes.

uniquely designed and styled hut, under a beautiful pecan tree. Peaceful outlook onto a private garden, with plenty of wildlife to observe and hear. The pecan tree is occasionally dropping seeds during harvest season on the tin roof, which and be quite noisy! please note, phone reception works well but internet is unreliable.
