It’s residential and peaceful, therefore I love to stay here. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There is also a park at the back of property.

It is a peaceful neighborhood near the river Thames in east London. You're a couple of minutes from the Emirates Air Line, which is a cable car over the river.It will take you to the O2 in 15 minutes. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a dining and arts facility on the peninsula. You can get there in less than 20 minutes on the DLR. Within 10 min walk is London Royal Docks Open Water Swimming. It's not free, but at least you can take a dip in the water on a hot summer day. You'll also find a few wonderful cocktail lounges, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

This is a warehouse beautifully converted to apartments that is a stone's throw from Excel. The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a docks This luxury apartment is done up to the highest standards and has all the modern conveniences including fully equipped kitchen, wattle kettle, microwave, TV, Iron, hairdryer, and all cooking utensils.
The neighbourhood boasts several 3-4 star hotels in the area (Crown Plaza, Ibis) and is perfectly located beside the dock where you will benefit from the stunning dock that is bustling with live and character when the weather is good. It also have Tesco and Nisa supermarkets right in front of the development. There is also Japanese, Chinese, Caribbean, Mediterranean restaurant and also the Docklands bar and grill in Crown Plaza hotel if you are ever in need of food. This is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. London City Airport is close by, so expect to get occasional noise from the Aeroplanes. But this is not much of a problem as the Airport is not a very busy one and flights are only in the day time. There are loads of restaurants and Hotels next to the Excel Exhibition centre where you can unwind whenever you are in the neighbourhood or you can hop on the Cable Car just across the river to the O2 state-of-the-art Event Centre.

You can walk to City airport and Canary Wharf is s short dlr ride away. The apartment is on the groundfloor and is wheel chair accesible. Please note I have a house cat who lives in the apartment. I stay on my sofa bed in the living room. The flat includes all mod cons, including high speed fibre optic broadband (Wifi), table and chairs, modern kitchen and bathroom. There are lovely communal gardens and the park is less than 30 seconds walk away. There is a DLR station outside with trains to Stratford (15mins), Excel Centre (10 min walk) and O2 Arena and Canary Wharf are 10mins). 20 Mins to Central London. The apartment is perfect if you are visiting or working at the excel conference centre, attending an event at the O2 arena or flying to or from city airport. All bedding, towels etc are provided. Brand new fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, electric hob, electrical fan extractor and other appliances. Local amenities 10 mins walk away from the flat is Royal Docks where you will find a number of bar and restaurants, a wake boarding centre and a small Tesco. At nearby Canary Wharf there are even more restaurants and great shopping centre. The Olympic Park in Stratford is close by and really worth a visit.

This is a modern flat, fully equipped and furnished, where I trust that you’d have a comfortable stay. It is not suitable for pets or parties. This is the flat I regularly live in so my things, clothes etc. are still in the flat. I however like to let it to Airbnb guests sometimes when I am away on holiday or when I have other plans. Please check the house rules section to ensure this is acceptable to you before you book.
This is a new neighbourhood which is still developing so you will note some construction work taking place nearby. This may be a bit noisy at times and so may be the planes but should not be too disruptive. There is a cafe called Lockside kitchen downstairs where you could grab breakfast, another one called Raw Labs and a pub/restaurant with a terrace outside called Gallions Bar&Kitcken. A brand-new Co-op supermarket is also conveniently available downstairs. The place is by the Thames so you could enjoy some time outside by the river.

The flat is a very spacious New York style loft located a stone’s throw from the Excel Convention Centre and 15 min to O2! It has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest(s) would have one room, one bathroom, and access to our large lounge, and kitchen area. It is a 2 min walk to Custom House DLR station with easy access into London's city centre. Finally the flat is located beside the waterfront, in an area that is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores.
The flat is a beautiful converted warehouse with a lot of space (very rare for London!). It’s exposed wooden beams and brick give the flat a comfortable rustic feel.

Bright, spacious, modern & newly refurbished apartment. (ACCESS IS TO ENTIRE APARTMENT) - The ExCeL Centre & Prince Regent DLR station are on the end of our road. (Less than 10 mins walk) - Less than 10 mins bus to Canning Town Station (Zone 2 - Jubilee & DLR Lines) - Bus stop in front of flat. - 15 mins on DLR to Bank & Tower Gateway (Shoreditch) - 5 mins tube to Canary Wharf, The 02, City Airport, Stratford Westfield, - Parking (additional £8 per day) - Convenience store next door
Parking: As of 11th September 2017, the area around our apartment has become permit holders parking only. We can provide permits for £8 per vehicle per day. i.e. if 2 days and 1 car = £16 Smoking policy: There is a no smoking policy in all areas of the apartment. Check in Time: Flexible *After 2PM, just let us know when you can arrive. Check out Time: MIDDAY (guests may not stay later but may leave their bags luggage downstairs for a later pick up.) Or can request to stay later for a surcharge. Damage: Guests are to be responsible and in case of loss, damage or broken items and in case of accident such as broken items we need to be made aware as soon as possible. Guests are required to keep the apartment, furniture and fittings in the same condition as on arrival. In the event that these are discovered after departure we will inform you within 7 days of departure with full details and where possible photographic evidence. Cleanliness: The apartment is to be left in a reasonable state on departure. It is your responsibility to keep the place clean and tidy throughout the whole time. Before departure it is important that the following have been dealt with: -Dishes are cleared from leftover food. -Rubbish are put in a bin linen -Any moved item moved should be put back to its originally place. -All bedding's need to have been removed, folded and put in the dirty laundry basket. General maintenance: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets Please do not pour fat or large amount of food waste down the drains. No shoes are allowed on any furniture or beds
