Having your own kitchenette, on suite and office space, you can spend quality time either relaxing or catching up with your work whilst on the move. Kitchenette provides you with an induction hob, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is also a washing machine (washing powder provided free of charge) and drying rack. The Annexe has electric wall heaters to make sure you are cozy throughout the year.
Located on a quite street, you can listen to the birds singing throughout the seasons.

My neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. But for those who like things more lively we are a short distance from Lichfield which has numerous attractions. There is a direct train from Lichfield to Birmingham.

HOUSE: The house has recently been renovated from bare bricks condition to a fresh looking, light airy with a large communal area of 32ft X 12ft. It's a mid-terrace house 5 bedroom house with 2 ensuites on the second floor and 1 wet-room(Shared by 4 people ground and 1st floor) on the first floor and 1 bathroom(Share by 4 people on the ground and 1st floor) on the ground floor. You enter through the front composite white door in hallway painted bright white full of light. On your right-hand door to a double bedroom on the ground floor. You continue to the large communal area where very comfortable sofas with coffee tables and a 42 in SMART LCD TV with fiber broadband access. It's an open plan living kitchen and diner so the feel of openness and large space is great so you never feel claustrophobic. The kitchen is right at the end of open space on right-hand side L shaped with an electric oven and gas cooker. You follow through another hallway which leads to the back door to block paved area and just before the back door on your right-hand side door to a secluded bathroom which is shared by 4 rooms for those weekend relaxing bath. KITCHEN: Open plan kitchen diner with cooker hob with oven. Cupboards for every tenant and room in the fridge to share. LIVING: The large living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, 42 in LCD smart TV, access to high-speed broadband. Within walking distance is the attractive village of Great Haywood, whilst Stafford town centre is just 4 miles away.
We hope that you will feel very welcome and comfortable staying in our home. In addition to your own bedroom and private bathroom, you are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room to make and enjoy meals. You will have access to a washer and iron in the kitchen too. Breakfast will include cereal, toast, juice, plus tea or coffee. You are welcome to enjoy the private back garden, which includes a summer house.
Tixall Mews was originally built as a stable block for the horses of the gentry who owned the old Tixall estate, of which only Tixall Gatehouse now exists. Although small, the village of Tixall is steeped in history. Tixall Mews is a beautiful setting and enjoys a shared central lawn with water feature. It is the perfect location for canal walks, with both the Trent & Mersey Canal and Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal intersecting nearby in Great Haywood, or to go biking or hiking across Cannock Chase, one of the UK's designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which sits just one mile away at Milford. The area abounds with good country pubs.

Hednesford is located in Staffordshire Post town is CANNOCK with a Dialling codeof 01543 Hednesford (pronounced /ˈhɛnzfərd/ HENZ-fərd) is a small town and civil parish in Staffordshire, England, within Cannock Chase District. It adjoins Cannock Chase to the north, and the town of Cannock to the south. The town comprises three district council electoral wards whose populations in the 2011 census totalled 17,343.[1] It also comprises the civil parish of Hednesford and part of the civil parish of Brindley Heath. Hednesford was an important coal mining community for over a century. This is commemorated in the town centre, where a Miner's Lamp has been erected, surrounded by a wall with individual bricks giving the names of former miners. The oldest sections of the town surround the hilltop areas of the existing town; however, the lower part of the town became the focal point as the community grew with the mining industry. Between 1914 and 1918 two huge army training camps were built in the area and over a quarter of a million British and Commonwealth troops passed through destined for the Western Front. In 1938 a Royal Air Force training camp was established to train technicians in maintenance and repair of airframes and engines. No. 6 School of Technical training became better known as RAF Hednesford. The camp was later used for resettlement of Hungarian refugees fleeing from the Russian invasion of Budapest, in 1956. The site is now a part of Cannock Chase Country Park. The urban area of Hednesford now spreads across a swathe of the northern fringe of Cannock, from Pye Green across to Heath Hayes, and is the southern gateway to Cannock Chase AONB. Economically Hednesford has suffered since the 1980s as more people travel to the larger towns and cities nearby and due to the absence of redevelopment it retains a traditional street scene with many sole traders operating speciality shops. However, the area around Anglesey Square has been landscaped to provide a pleasant public space with a public clock as a central feature. A £50 million regeneration of the town centre has taken place, with an 80,000sq ft Tesco being the centre piece. Also, a new drill hall for the local Army Cadet Detachment, shops and bingo hall have been constructed. The Tesco site is known as Victoria Shopping Park and the Bingo/Aldi site as Chase Gateway. Treat the home as home from home. John and Denise are very quiet and lovely couple and warm to host you. Interior walls in the hall way are painted with soft cream, bedroom doors in brilliant white colour, enhancing the cream frames. The walls have a brighter feel leading to the landing in straight soft cream. New carpet on the stairs. Inside rooms are as seen in the photos.
Quiet and access to the garden is there. With road side car parking. The house has bathrooms on every floor and there fore as a guest you will have one of theses floors to yourself. The lounge is open to you as a priority and therefore we leave the space for you to choose and watch your own TV programmes while we retire to our own third floor en-suite. The TV is in the shared area the lounge.
Very quiet neighbourhood. Secluded area, as there is only one entrance drive in and out of the area, with many professionals; medical doctors, university lecturers, teachers, directors and ceos of various companies and organisations who live here. It is the newly builds now just 11 years old. People in the neighbourhood are very polite and therefore, walking to the town centre is as easy as anything could be. It is also within walking distance to the manor hospital. Very ideal for doctors and nurses coming for placement or training. In addition, the arboretum park is within 10 minutes walk where you can relax and enjoy the beauty for Walsall.

My home is very welcoming, rooms are very comfortable , clean and tidy, where you will always be served with a smile, great breakfast and have a peace of mind in this quite tranquil place. local train and bus station 5 minutes away, with good shopping facilities. Parking is located on the door step where your car will be safe and secure. Birmingham is 20 minutes from location. The host is also a qualified therapist , so if you would like to book a treatment please state when booking room.
2 bed rooms one a double room , one Queen size room. Youe need to book rooms seperately or share a room
