We are offering the master bedroom in our 1930s character house in Nedlands. We hope it will feel like a home away from home, and you will have full access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, bikes you are welcome to borrow, wifi, Netflix and a menagerie of pets for you to cuddle (the cat and the chickens like cuddles, the fish not so much).
Our house is cosy, full of art and books, private and quiet. As well as your private bedroom, you will have access to our shared living room, sunroom (with desk for working on - this can be moved to your room if desired, just let us know!), full kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, bathroom, and backyard.
Nedlands is a charming older inner-city suburb of Perth, located between the University of Western Australia and the Charles Gairdner Hospital (Charlies). The suburb is safe, family-friendly and vibrant, with a cafe strip and frequent buses to the city. If you like coffee, you'll want to check out Felix and Co - a popular specialty coffee bar just 2 minutes from our doorstep. The Hampden Road coffee strip also has a Dome Cafe, Mel's Garden cafe, a French patisserie, Baskin Robbins ice cream parlour, bubble tea, Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, a burger bar, and more. If you'd like to make your own food, there is a great little Asian supermarket called Spices on Hampden Road, as well as a 24 hour IGA located a 5 minute drive away from home. Hampden Road also has a chemist, news agency, physiotherapist and yoga studio.

Character house well located on a quiet road near to shops and public transport. It is a short two minute walk to some great cafes, patisseries and restaurants, there is also a relaxed lounge bar called Juanitas in the area. Bus stops to the city and to UWA are at the end of the street and its about a ten minute walk to the train station linking you to the city, Fremantle and the pick of the best beaches in Perth including Cottesloe beach. Kings park is also close by to explore.
Built in 1905 the house has plenty of character features including tall ceilings and jarrah floorboards. The house has two separate lounges for relaxing and a dining are adjacent to the kitchen. At the rear of the property there is a lovely private garden which has dining facilities and my favourite area being the back verandah, a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Being on a corner, there is plenty of off street parking available. The room can be locked for privacy and also has a small lockable safe.
This area of Subiaco is a nice mix of residential with a great café strip running through it with lots of great places to snack and dine. Within easy distance to King Edward Hospital, Charles Gardiner Hospital, St John of God and also not too far from UWA.

We are very proud of our 'Studio'. It has a 'home from home' appeal and is very clean and tidy. It is a separate and self-contained unit at the rear of our property. Access is either from the street or the rear lane way. The space is roomy and comfortable, comprising a bedroom area with queen-size bed, a kitchenette and cupboard space and a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. National and some international TV channels are also available. There is also a pleasant, private, outdoor, covered veranda area with a barbeque (BBQ).
Colin and Cilla's property is in the popular and sort-after suburb of Shenton Park and, we think, one of the prettiest areas of Perth. We have beautiful tree-lined streets and plenty of parks and open spaces. The area is known for its relaxed lifestyle with easy access to Kings Park and beautiful bush walks. However there is no shortage of excellent cafes, restaurants, shops and theatres. There are good supermarkets close by as well.

My beautiful garden will welcome you and my home is large. There are two outdoor areas where you can enjoy the flowers. Shenton Park is close to everything. I am close to 4 hospitals SCGH, the new Children's hospital, KEMH and Hollywood Private as well as the University of WA. King's Park and the Swan River are just a short walk away. There are restaurants, cafés, a bank, post office, chemist, bakery and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Bus no. 24, 25 and 97 are at the door and the Fremantle to Perth rail line 10 mins away. Subiaco is a handy 20 minute walk or the 97 bus is at the door will take you from the university via the hospitals to Subiaco by my home. The convenience to everything is why I live here.
I adore the centrality of it all.....being able to walk pretty much everywhere I want to go in under half an hour. Beautiful Kings park is a mere 5 minutes walk from my home and the Swan river would take you 15 minutes. Both these places are lovely places for a picnic. Lake Jualbup which is pictured is in the next street. Facilities in the area Walk 5 minutes from my home and you will find almost everything you could want. You can find restaurants, hairdressers, a pharmacy, bakery and grocery store with alcohol shop next door, as well as a post office. You can also get a kebab or Pizza. Shenton Village shops are 10 minutes walk across the park, supermarket open 24/7. Bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, post office etc here too. Subiaco is very close by with its vibrant weekend markets, cafes, theatres, boutique shops and night life.

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
Please note that the stairs are quite steep. There is a queensize bed upstairs and a double bed is available too. We can arrange a single mattress if you need one and there is a new sofa bed in the lounge. There is a cot available for a baby. There is air-conditioning and wi-fi is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas top stove, electric oven and microwave. There is a washing machine and iron and ironing board are available. A coffee machine with pods provided is available for your use. There is an air-printer downstairs for you to use. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There are 2 bikes for your use. A new barbecue is available in the courtyard.
The cottage is in a quiet leafy street in the old part of Subiaco which is one of the closest residential areas to the Perth CBD and all its major attractions. It is close to the major hospitals including Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, King Edward. Sir Charles Gairdner and St John of God. King's Park with its cycle and walking paths is a 10 minute walk from the cottage as is Rokeby Road which has numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Nearby smaller parks include Subiaco Theatre Gardens, Lake Jualbup (Shenton Park Lake) and Rosalie Park. The Region The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area.

Beautiful self-contained two storey studio, with pool, fully furnished with breakfast. The studio has lots of character yet modern and functional. Sofa bed in living room. Within walking distance of beautiful King's Park and the vibrant Subiaco. Close to Nedlands and on the bus & train lines for the city and Fremantle.
This is a beautiful and unique space with lots of interesting features, such as beautiful reclaimed red brick, mosaics etc.. Upstairs has a Queen bed, desk and chair. The middle level has a shower room with toilet, hand basin, towels, hairdryer, toilet roll, soap etc.. There are a few steep steps so unfortunately not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The ground floor has a table, chairs, TV, window seats and a double sofa-bed. This leads through to a kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.. and a wine cellar with fridge. Breakfast cereals, milk, sugar, teas and coffee are all provided. We share an outdoor laundry with washer, dryer and clothes airers. There is also outdoor seating, BBQ and pool. Note that the pool is not generally heated and so is better in warmer weather! The studio location is ideal for walking to shops, cafes and King's Park.
The Studio is in the leafy Western suburbs of Perth in Shenton Park. There are many beautiful parks around. The neighbourhood is peaceful but has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away on Onslow Road or in Subiaco. Stunning Cottesloe beach is a ten minute drive away or accessible by train and bus. We often have visitors staying for meetings or appointments at the nearby University of Western Australia, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, St John of God Hospital, Subiaco Private Hospital and Hollywood Hospital.

The beautifully restored, iconic 'Sunset Lodge' is fully furnished, equipped and ready for you! Just across the road is the beautiful Kings Park with a great BBQ area for you to enjoy a nice outdoor meal. Despite being on a road that does get busy in the peak periods, the house is in an extremely convenient location and the house is remarkably quiet inside! Kings Park over the road, easy access to public transport,the CBD, the QEII Medical center, UWA, schools and all the wonderful parks, shops, bars and restaurants on offer in the Subiaco/Shenton Park area.
One of Perth’s ‘leafy’ suburbs, its residential areas are split by a cross shape, cut by Hay St and Rockeby Rd. There’s plenty on each, from cafes to boutiques, bars and big, beer-focused pubs. One of its quirks is a cat café named Purrth. You can book in for 30 or 60 minute sessions with the resident rescue cats (and yes Purrth cat cafe has an animal welfare policy, we asked). Another magnetic force is the Saturday Subiaco Farmers Market. From 8am to 12 noon, you can fill your hessian shopping tote with local fruit and veg, crusty bread, instagram-worthy cupcakes and cured meats. While much of ‘Subi’ has an up market-meets-commercial feel, if you head south on Rockeby to the Kings Park end, you’ll find a cluster of gems. On the corner of Heytesbury Rd, Juanita’s bar is a local’s haunt that spills onto the pavement. A bit tiki, a bit upcycled and a lot of fun, it has a well curated wine list and excellent mezze platters (the owner’s artworks grace the walls). A couple doors down, Lady of Ro does char grilled Mediterranean dinners by candelight. Then there’s Boucla Kafenion, a chaotically busy cafe with a Moroccan den vibe.

It is the perfect place for visitors to UWA as we are just a short stroll from the University, close to cafés & restaurants, public transport, and nice and quiet if you need to work.
The studio cabin is light and airy and set in a mature leafy garden. The cabin is furnished simply and comfortably with a table for working or eating, a couch to relax and a queen sized bed. There is also a wardrobe, small fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, cutlery & china for making tea & coffee. Note that there is not an internal kitchen or TV. We do have a mobile outdoor kitchen available on request, comprising induction cooktop, basic pots, pan and utensils. Enough to cook pasta, salad etc., or stove top meals. Hi speed Wifi available.
Our neighbourhood is adjacent to UWA, Kings Park, public and private hospitals, and 5 minutes drive to Perth CBD. Our neighbourhood is vibrant and full of cafés, restaurants, galleries & coffee shops. A shopping centre is within walking distance and has many shops including supermarket, health food store, many different dining options. The University of Western Australia is a few minutes by foot, as well as Kings Park, Matilda Bay, the Swan River and many wonderful walking, cycling or running trails. Cottesloe Beach, Fremantle, Claremont & Subiaco are all easily accessible.

Ideally located in leafy Shenton Park, to the west of iconic Kings Park, within walking distance of the City, the beautiful Swan River, Matilda Bay and University of WA. It is located on the bus route (stops outside the building) to trendy Subiaco and the City in one direction, and historic Fremantle in the other direction. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Perth.
It is a very comfortable apartment, with lots of light and space. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with kids. Quality linen, a fully functional kitchen,unlimited wifi, the use of a shopping trolly and umbrellas are included. Just let me know if you require anything particular for your stay. The apartment can be accessed along a flat path and lift, so that it is not necessary to negotiate stairs. However, the shower is over the bath, which might present a problem for some less mobile guests.
Shenton Park is a pleasant, leafy suburb, with good public transport and good shopping. It's just few minutes' walk to the shopping village, where you'll find a well-stocked supermarket (IGA), a pharmacy, post office, bakery, health spa, yoga studio, liquid store, hair dresser, gift shop and boutique, as well as many food options. Cuisine includes Japanese, French, Italian, Chinese and Turkish, with something for every budget. There's a sports field and children's playground across the road, with Kings Park just beyond that.
