We had such a lovely time during our two-night family getaway! The place was super clean and took care of everything we needed. I can’t recommend it enough! I’d definitely come back again!

This was a very nice place to stay while we were in town. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the windows had blackout curtains as well, which is nice when you have kids. When we had a few questions Theresa and Kelly were great at responding quickly. There was a big storm overnight while we were staying here that actually damaged the building and they were very quick to respond and have maintenance out within a few hours when we let them know about the damage. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and quick access to the bypass so getting around town is fast and easy. We were quite pleased with our stay!

This is a quaint little place right downtown in Evansville. Easy access to everything especially for downtown dining and concerts/events. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Rosie was the best host. Communicated with me quickly and I will definitely be staying again when I’m in town. Location is also perfect for anyone who is not familiar with Evansville.

The space was exactly as described. Check in and entry were easy. Nathan communicated well and was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very comfortable and private and had everything we needed for a five night stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay! We stayed there for our daughter’s wedding. The large island was the perfect setup for bouquet arrangements! Great walkable area for dining and a short walk to the park! Large family and gathering area. We would recommend to our friends and family!

It was a perfect size for my friend an I! Will definitely consider booking again when I come to Evansville!!

The apartment was amazing. Bedroom was very spacious and we had everything we needed. If in the area again, I will be looking to stay here again. Jonathan was very responsive and polite.

What a beautiful home and wow did we love it! So lovely, creative and clean clean clean! They also did such a beautiful job decorating for the holidays it made us feel so at home. We loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops. We loved how it was close to everything. The neighbors were so nice as well. Nick and Brett were just the perfect hosts and made our stay worth every penny. We would recommend this beautiful house with the highest thumbs up.

Our stay at Chris place was absolutely fantastic! This cute cozy apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shopping area and we found plenty of great dining options nearby. The amenities were great, and Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks and breakfast treats which made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to come back!"

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! The location was great, it was easy to get in and out, and the place was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Sean was very responsive and friendly when we had wifi issues as well, which was appreciated! The only thing I would add is that if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the walls are pretty thin and we could hear footsteps/voices upstairs, but that doesn’t change my 5 star rating at all and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

This is my third stay at Sean’s downtown digs. This is a great location, walkable to a great coffee shop, restaurants, downtown, and the Ohio Riverfront. The apartment itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. With windows on three sides and plenty of fans it was cool and comfortable despite the warm outside temperatures. We didn’t even feel the need to use the window AC, although it was there should we have needed it. I will definitely be back.

Yet again a perfect and wonderful stay! Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable. Spotless clean as well. A 10 out of 10 rating!

This was the perfect location for our stay! We had great communication from Sean from the beginning. We even got a heads up that there was an issue getting to the parking area well before we arrived. The space was clean and cozy and perfect for 4 adults and a little dog. I highly recommend booking here!
