The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

Perfect place to stay with family, the beach is near, friendly atmosphere, good restorans, we loved the house!

Une superbe maison à flan de montagne avec une vue magnifique ! A notre arrivée le frigo avait été bien rempli avec du sucre et du salé pour gérer nos petits déjeuners. Vlasis était très sympathique, aidant et réactif. Dans le petite village facilement accessible à pied il y a deux charmants et bons restaurants.

Très belle endroit avec une magnifique vu et une plage toute proche, il est possible de sans voiture mais cela est très compliqué, je conseille donc vivement de louer une voiture et de plus le faire en avance car lors de mon séjour il n’y avait plus une voiture disponible. Cependant Dimitrios et le gardien Luciano ont été d’un grande gentillesse et ont cherchés des solutions. Bref, extraordinaire

Magnifique séjour d’une semaine dans la maison. La vue, la maison, l’emplacement, la propreté et les attentions adorables de Chris … tout était vraiment génial. Merci beaucoup Christos! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

What a memorable experience! Eva's warm hospitality helped us feel like home. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness, the fireplace, the amazing view from the balcony, the quietness, the variety of books which informed us about the local history and tradition. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the parking and shops. Overall, our staying at Eva's was beyond our expectations.

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

Η κατοικία είναι εξαιρετική, υψηλης Ποιότητας, πεντακαθαρο, και κοντά στην παραλία. ίσως στο καλύτερο σημείο της περιοχής. Είναι πλήρως Εξοπλισμένο με όλες Τις συσκευές, και άνετους χώρους για μεγάλες οικογένειες. Η Ειρήνη και ο Λάμπρος είναι φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες. Είναι αξιαγάπητοι κ Μας υποδέχθηκαν θερμά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγαιναμε

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

Ο χωρος της Δεσποινας ανταποκριθηκε πληρως στις προσδοκιες μας.ηταν απο τις πιο ομορφες διακοπες μας.ο χωρος αρκετος για τετραμελη οικογένεια.ειναι ομορφα διακοσμημενος.κοντα στην πλατεια του χωριου με τα ποδια.εχει παρκιγκ για το αυτοκινητο που ειναι βασικο πλεονεκτημα για την περιοχη. Η Δεσποινα ευγενεστατη εξυπηρετική.Διαθεσιμη σε ό,τι χρειαζομασταν.Το χωριο του Λαυκου ομορφο για ηρεμες διακοπες με ωραιες παραλιες σε αποσταση 20 λεπτων με το αυτοκινητο.

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

Το σπίτι του Γιώργου και της Ελένης μας εντυπωσίασε από τις φωτογραφίες. Όταν όμως φτάσαμε οι πραγματική εικόνα ήταν ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακή. Πολύ όμορφο, με στυλ και άποψη, το σπίτι είναι πλήρως (μάλλον υπερπλήρως) εξοπλισμένο με ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς! Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η αυλή του σπιτιού αξίζει ξεχωριστή αναφορά επειδή είναι αρκετά μεγάλη, έχει διάφορα σημεία να καθίσεις και χωράει μεγάλη παρέα (εμείς ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες, 3 έφηβοι και 2 παιδιά). Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν αγωγή, από την στιγμή της κράτησης μέχρι που φύγαμε νιώθαμε ότι ήμασταν καλεσμένοι τους (με την καλή έννοια). Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα βουνά και τη θάλασσα σε ένα όμορφο καταπράσινο χωριό! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε

Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

great space with all the amenities for relaxing, cooking, and retreating from the hustle of the city. The hosts were very responsive. The representative who met us at the space was excellent in explaining all the home's features. it was a great stay.

Appartement très agréable, joliment décorée avec 3 terrasses. Quartier calme à l'entrée de la ville de Nauplie ( centre à 2 min en voiture). Bon point de départ pour visiter Epidaure et Mycenes.

Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή, το οίκημα ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όσα πρέπει να έχει μια οικογένεια για την διαμονή της. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού στην πλατεία χωρίς όμως αυτό να επηρεάζει την ησυχία. Τέλος η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετική! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Logement très mignon, idéalement situé. Plein de charme, très jolie vue depuis la maison et les extérieurs. Parfaitement propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié!

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

Ένας όμορφος χώρος στο κέντρο της Αθήνας . Η Ειρήνη είναι στην επικοινωνία πάρα πολύ καλή και βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε ! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !!

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

Το σπίτι είναι ένα πέτρινο αρχοντικό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, έχει παλιά καλοδιατηρημένα έπιπλα και ο χωρος ειναι διακοσμημένος με παραδοσιακά τραπεζομάντηλα, χάλια, κουρτίνες κτλ. Παρόλα αυτα τα στρώματα και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα καθώς και οι πετσέτες είναι ολοκαίνουργια και η κουζίνα με το μπάνιο ανακαινισμένα. Είναι πολύ ζεστό σπίτι, μεγάλο και φωτεινό. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή αλλά όχι απομονωμένο. Έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια,αυλη, τραπεζαρία και ένα σαλονάκι όπου έχει επιτραπέζια και βιβλία για τα παιδιά. Οι γείτονες φιλικότατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστουμε και να μας δώσουν και πληροφορίες για φαγητό ή δραστηριότητες. Είναι κοντά στον Παρνασσό και στην παύλιανη που επισκεφτήκαμε εμείς. Μείναμε λίγο οποτε δεν εξερευνήσαμε άλλα μέρη. Τέλος οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν από την πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι το τέλος φιλικοι, πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι σε όλη την επικοινωνία που είχαμε! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανα με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!

Σίγουρα το κατάλυμα αποτελεί καταφύγιο από την πίεση της πόλης και τη φασαρία. Το πρώτο πράγμα που νιώσαμε όταν φτάσαμε ήταν ξεγνοιασιά και ελευθερία, τόσο από αυτό που αποπνέει το οίκημα, όσο και από τη θέα και το περιβάλλον. Το κατάλυμα είναι μια παραδοσιακή οικία στους πρόποδες ενός λόφου, χωρίς να του λείπει απολύτως τίποτα. Γι’ αυτό έχουν φροντίσει οι οικοδεσπότες, αφού εκτός από τον πλήρη εφοδιασμό του καταλύματος με τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του, παρέχουν και κάποια είδη και τρόφιμα που κάνουν την άφιξη πιο ευχάριστη. Ο δρόμος για να καταλήξεις στο σπίτι είναι χωματόδρομος, που ενώ αρχικά μπορεί να σε αποθαρρύνει, είναι προσβάσιμος με τα περισσότερα αυτοκίνητα και εν τελεί ο προορισμός σε ανταμείβει. Ίσως θα μπορούσαν οι ιδιοκτήτες τις περιοχής να φροντίσουν για την καλύτερη επίστρωσή του. Τέλος, θα επιστρέφαμε για παραπάνω ημέρες, καθώς οι ρυθμοί και η αύρα που σου βγάζει το κατάλυμα είναι απαραίτητα στοιχεία χαλάρωσης μυαλού και σώματος.
