I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

The bungalow was exactly what I needed for my stay only too short. Hope to stay longer next time and really enjoy the beach which is steps away. The sunsets are amazing. The place was comfortable and private, clean, check in and out was easy. Antulio was easily accessible if needed. Will stay there again.

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. Charming little house near a wild pebbled creek literally a few meters from the garden gate, super peaceful and great for kids, miltos left some toys and small kittens occupied our kids the whole stay! Antique temple and wild scenery 10min away, perfect spot away from busy beaches. Miltos and Efti were very friendly, fully recommend!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

היה מקסים! המארח היה אדיב והגיב מהר לכל שאלה. הוא שלח לנו המון המלצות מקומיות שעזרו לנו להתמצא. הדירה הייתה מאובזרת מאוד! היה סאפ וציוד שנורקלינג, מזרן יוגה ועוד הרבה אביזרים שמעידים על תשומת לב מיוחדת לצרכים של מי שמגיע. הסביבה מהממת והבית ממש ממש *על* הים, הכי קרוב שאי פעם ראיתי! יש משהו אחד שחשוב לדעת- בגלל שהבית מקסים ויפה ועתיק הוא בנוי בצורה מיושנת. לכן, קומת השינה נפרדת לחלוטין מקומת הסלון והמטבח, והשירותים והמקלחת נמצאים ממש מחוץ לבית - כלומר צריך לעבור בכל פעם דרך החצר. גם כשהדלקנו דוד המים היו פושרים יחסית. זה לא הפריע לנו ואפילו היה לזה את הקסם שלו- אבל צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון.

A stunningly beautiful location, just the sound of the sea. So restful. Lovely beach was 5 mins walk away. Just me and the goats every day. I walked the 8km there and back from gavriou. 105 mins out and 90 back as it’s a bit more uphill out. Lovely walk almost no traffic. Pings directions very helpful given the multiple roads. And I really appreciated her providing water for my stay so that I didn’t have to carry. Bucolic dream indeed.

I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well equipped apartment. We had a warm welcome and appreciated the welcome package of food and drink to start our holiday. We loved the location, short drive to the airport, Athens and also walking distance to some great restaurants, bakery and bars.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

We had a fabulous time staying in this villa! It’s exactly as pictured and ideal for a large group, as it has two entertaining areas and access to the pool via a side gate. The beach is beautiful and clean, and accessible within minutes. The villa is situated further out from Vouliagmeni and Voula, the neighbouring suburbs, so the only down side is that you can’t walk to any nearby shops or cafes, however you can order coffee and food to be delivered. All in all, a great stay and great communication from the hosts.

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

My family and I would like to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the wonderful stay we just enjoyed. Our host Ayapi was the best, extremely, helpful, efficient, and the sweetest host we have ever had on AirBnB. She was absolutely amazing, everything a host should be.She gave recommendations, answered questions, and was so quick to respond. She set the gold standard for a host. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and looks exactly like ( or even better), in person. The views of the ocean, pool and the Greek countryside are astonishing. The pool is a huge feature- it’s huge and extremely inviting with a patio type setting. The floors have wonderful spaces and are beautifully designed. We admired the pretty furniture. There were so many areas we could get together, yet there was plenty of space for everyone to “do their own thing.” We all felt very at home and relaxed here. I highly recommend Ayapi’s gorgeous villa. We would definitely stay here again, and really hope to do so.

A great stay with two families, including four children. The apartment was really well equipped and perfect for a short stay. Marie and Agis were always responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. It was well situated for a drive to beach towns as well as in to the mountains (though you will need a car to get around). As other reviewers have pointed out, it's worth noting that there are a few other apartments on the same site - though each does have its own private space. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A stones through from the beach, spacious, clean and fully functional. We created lots of memories playing Fuseball, sitting outside on the porch in the evenings and just relaxing. Thanks to Christo for being such a great host. We hope to come back again and visit!

This was our first time in Greece as a family and we fell in love with the country. Villa Ambrosia had a lot to do with this.. The villa complex is beautiful, cleverly designed so car park is behind the houses. Beach is only a few steps away providing nearly private access to the water. The house was just the size we needed, very well equipped kitchen, everything pristine. Andreas always responded to my messages and questions within about 10 min, very responsive and friendly host. He was there when we arrived and explained how everything worked. It was a lovely week we spent there, thank you Andreas!

Perfekt miljö för vår storfamilj om 12 personer från 3 till 79 år. Huset rymligt, välutrustat, funktionellt och mycket vackert och smakfullt. Tomten stor och vacker med härliga solplatser, gott om vilstolar, stora gräsytor för barnen, grillhörna. Liten strand, som i praktiken var vår egen, med egna kanoter. Olympia är en mycket effektiv och trevlig värd som snabbt svarar på frågor och löser uppkomna (små) problem. Små minus: Mycket trafik bakom huset, kan störa känsliga personers nattsömn, liksom på natten skällande hundar i närheten. Knappt några promenadmöjligheter utan att ta bilen. Totalt sett ett fantastiskt boende som rekommenderas varmt.

Notre séjour dans cette maison de rêve a été parfait! Aegli a été une hôte adorable, prévenante et très réactive. Un immense merci à elle! La maison et l’emplacement étaient encore plus beaux que sur les photos…la maison est cosy, moderne, très bien aménagée, très propre et avec une excellente literie. L’espace extérieur et la vue: le paradis sur terre :) Nous avons aussi adoré Kea, île peu connue mais très belle avec de jolis villages et des balades superbes. Des vacances parfaites !
