Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e ben tenuto. Posizione strategica, praticamente sul mare, senza attraversamenti stradali. Vicino sia a supermercati che al centro del paese, si possono infatti raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Arredato e corredato da tutto il necessario, molto apprezzate lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Consiglierei di mettere un microonde e una docetta/lavapiedi esterno per togliere la sabbia al rientro dal mare. Ottima la comunicazione con Stefano.

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 bimbi molto piccoli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una volta arrivati ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi per qualsiasi cosa. Veronica è sempre disponibile e molto attenta. Super consigliato!

Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

Vielen Lieben Dank an Savina, die einer der nettesten Gastgeberin ist, die wir bisher getroffen haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen. Als wir da waren, durften mit gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern bei der Weinernte helfen und wir haben viel gelernt. Auch die Tiere durften hat Savina uns gezeigt und wir konnten sie ganz nah sehen. Insgesamt ist die Lage als Ausgangspunkt super, in 1h erreicht man viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

Logement impeccable pour 6 nuits. Hôte de très bon conseils et une super communication avant pendant et après le séjour. Très bonne recommandation des choses à faire aux alentours Très bien placé pour accéder rapidement aux villages des cinque terre et les villes aux alentours. La gare est à 5 minutes à pied Convaincu par la magnifique ville de Rapallo Juste un petit bémol les murs sont assez fins on entendait les discussions des autres personnes mais c’était plus qu’acceptable. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce logement

Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza. Casa spaziosa, terrazzo molto grande e giardino privato molto pratico. La zona è molto tranquilla anche se ci sono in prossimità altre case, ma silenziose e vicini davvero educati. La dotazione delle due bici è inoltre un grande plus per la zona facilmente raggiungibile in bici senza dover sempre usare la macchina. Ian è stato un host molto attento e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Ottima scelta!

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

We loved staying at Vania's apartment in Montepulciano. It was one of the best we have stayed in. Vania met us and showed us to the apartment and provided helpful information regarding parking. We managed to get free parking in a carpark close by. Everything was as described. Great location on the main street and not far up from the entrance to the town. The apartment is on the ground level which was very welcome after staying at other apartments with lots of stairs. We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Très bon séjour passé à Florence. Le logement de Martina est très bien situé, j'ai réalisé toutes mes visites à pied en laissant ma voiture dans le garage à disposition. Comme stipulé dans l'annonce les voisins ont été quelque peu bruyant dans la nuit mais sinon rien à dire, logement propre, secteur parfait, hôte accueillante... Je recommande.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

Appartamento bello comodo e funzionale

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.
