A nice little place for two couples! We were in town for Spring Training and this place worked out perfectly. Close to some restaurants, a brewery, and all the other amenities you’d need.

Great location on the west side of the valley. We spent the weekend here for Dodger spring training games, great to be close to the stadium, no fighting the Phoenix traffic. House has a nice corner lot with a view out back. Lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. Bbq worked great but we did not use the pool. Water was too cold. Didn’t figure out the fire pit. 5 adults so we had to share beds.. the top bunk bed is really only useful for a small agile kid, it’s a bit rickety. Firm beds, super comfy cozy bedding. Open living space to hang, we loved the couch, that’s the best couch ever! Everyone got their own spot, drink holder and feet up and loved the massive TV. Cute little game room for kids. Nice quiet family neighborhood. We had an issue with working the A/C..Jacob was quick to respond when we reached out for help. Thank you, we really enjoyed the house.

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

This place was phenomenal for our two families of 5 each, lots of beds and spaces for kids to hang out, lots of room for games. we spent lots of family time in the backyard with the pool. Raymundo was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place for vacation.

Stacy and Kevin were amazing hosts - so kind, responsive, and helpful. We had the best family stay at their home. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors - and a very short walk to the lake and beautiful sunsets. The pool and backyard were perfect for days in the sun. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a really comfortable stay where we felt at home. Very comfortable seating in kitchen, living room, outdoors- and bedrooms were great too! Stacy was so great to communicate with and we would love to come back again!

It is located in a “dead end” quiet street, with beautiful gardens in front yards. Walking distance to Bang Bang Coffee. Very private setting with a pool in the backyard. Very private secluded “safe haven” in the middle of the city. The host is amazing- quick response, very accommodating.

Jewlz place was perfect for what we needed. Nice area, plenty of restaurants and walkable to many things.

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Perfect place to get. Actually surprised how well everything matched the pictures. Everything you need in a living space from the kitchen to having a washer and dryer included. 10/10 recommend, will be looking for this place if I plan a trip to the PHX area again.

The house was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy and communication with our POC Glenn was great both prior to and throughout our stay, very responsive and helpful. This place was perfect for our large group.. ample space inside and we absolutely loved the backyard. We spent most of our time enjoying the patio, sport courts and pool areas. Would definitely stay again!

Everything is top notch at the Villa! Great yard, pool and hot hot tub! Beautifully equipped kitchen! Every bed was very comfortable with lovely linens! TVs were awesome and easy to use! Extra touches everywhere! Such a kind and attentive owner! Every want and need was there and taken care of! Thanks Lestia! Can’t wait to return!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

Great place, very spacious for 10 guests!!

WOW!!! Kyle's place is amazing and FULL of amenities. Location: Central, right off the freeway, private and secluded home surrounded by lots of trees and plants for maximum privacy Space: Beautiful, sparkly clean, spacious. We all LOVED the architecture and interior design. The huge windows, see-through fireplace, and the wall that opened up to give that indoor/outdoor living feel were all exceptional. Amenities: Our group took full advantage of every square inch of that home and yard. We spent the majority of our time outside sitting by the pool, used the patio dining area to sing happy birthday and serve cake, and sat by the fireplace in the little zen garden once the sun went down. When we were inside, we hung out in both living spaces and we loved the two fireplaces. The game room is so cozy and I played the most intense game of checkers. The dry sauna and the steam shower have spoiled me to a new standard of living. The built-in speakers were perfect for music all over!

We had a great time staying at this house! The pool and backyard was great - only downside is there was no fence around the pool which was tricky with young kids. Close to the freeway and lots of restaurants and things to do!

Had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful spacious home! Provided us with everything we needed. Great for kids and adults. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Me, my wife, 18 year old son, 15 and 12 year old daughters, my adult nephew and his girlfriend stayed for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The place was plenty spacious for all of us and still have the privacy of our own rooms to retreat to if we wanted to relax alone. This house was very nice and classy yet at the same time relaxing and comfortable. Easy to make yourself at home. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after being out for the day. We used the outdoor grill and had a wonderful cookout. The kitchen was spacious, had all the appliances you would commonly need and all functioned perfectly. My nephew and I enjoyed using the billiard table while catching up after not seeing each other in 10 years. Every bedroom but 1 had a smart TV with Roku hooked up which was nice. Our host Olivia was very friendly and responsive anytime we had a question or need. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the no noise outdoors after 10pm law.
