I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Great property with a fabulous location walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Salil was an amazing host! This weekend we surprised my boyfriend and flew in his brothers / best friends from all over the country - Salil’s spot was the best spot to celebrate. We did a RiNo bar/beer crawl and this was the PERFECT location to do so. Everything is walking distance - from bars to really good food/dining (plus shopping for me while the boys did their own thing!). Salil had awesome recommendations of local places that I hadn’t even thought of even though I live in Denver! Sleeping for everyone was ideal, super comfy beds, kitchen was spotless, and the massive balcony offered even more space for us to hang out. With his place offering multiple stories, we could be as loud as we wanted on the main floor (also utilizing Salil’s awesome sound bar) & didn’t have to worry about the people who wanted to sleep being bothered by any sound. Definitely reccomend Salil/his place for any celebration or vacay whether you want a cozy stay in or want to hit the town!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Couldn't ask for a better stay. Everything was clean and in the stay is in a perfect location!

We enjoyed our time at Jay's home. Everything we needed was available, especially important was the off street parking. That seems to be a rare commodity in the area. At first, I thought the stairs might be a problem, but it was quite the opposite. I had the opportunity to get some great exercise going up & down many times per day. Even my sister, who was just recovering from a kidney transplant was told by her Doctors that stairs would be very helpful for her recovery. Jay's neighbors were all so kind, friendly & welcoming, as was Jay whenever we communicated. If I ever have the opportunity or need to come back to Denver, I would definitely want to stay at Jay's home. Thanks Jay.

The location was quiet and walkable. I liked it because Mission Ballroom was just across the tracks. Private parking in the back was a plus! I drive an F150 truck and was able to fit. I brought my bikes and felt comfortable putting them by the back door. The path to the trail that runs along the river was fairly close, too. Overall I like this place for the $ and will definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a great time in Winter Park. Access to Lift Bus and local eating was extremely convenient. Heated pool spa and gym made it even better.

Place was great, was just as described. Didn’t get to take advantage of the great rooftop area. Really only got to rest our heads there from all the activities we were doing. Alex’s suggested spots were spot on. That wooden spoon place was great. Was close to many other options as well. If steps are a challenge for you maybe not the right spot. You get the early morning sun waking you up with the array of windows. Great sunrise from the roof top. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to launch into Winter Park activities—5 mins from tubing central. Hot tub was a nice plus. 1 block from Safeway made it easy to pick up dinner after a long day out to prep for our family. Will certainly return here the next time we are in town!

This was one of the best AirBNB experiences I’ve had over the past few years - space was pristine and enjoyable to be in, location is great (if slightly car dependent), and we had a great time here.

This place was perfect for our getaway in Colorado. It was super peaceful and easy to walk to get food and shop. The park across the street has plenty of dogs to see which we really loved. George was super nice and provided clear instructions. We appreciated all of the amenities and hopefully will be coming back in the future!

Lovely stay! The home is beautiful and walkable to many restaurants and activities. Loved the running trail on the other side of the bridge. Dinners at Linger and Nanas were top notch and very accessible. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This place was ideal and just perfect for us. Home is modern and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and activities. We loved the recommendations received and checked several of those off. Checking in and out was made easy for us.

We had a great stay here for Thanksgiving week. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen, although I had brought some of the utensils and pans needed. Love the gas stove, and oven even has convection mode. We had our sons, who live in Denver, over to eat dinner each night, which was so fun. We took some beautiful walks around Sloan Lake which is a couple blocks walk. Overall, we had a great visit.

Great place to stay in Golden! The space was beautiful and fully stocked, felt just like stepping into a home and being set up for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the evenings on the rooftop and walking into downtown. Would recommend!

The place was as described and had everything we needed. It is centrally located to so many great things in Denver, and it’s easy to park and get in and out. For future renters: this is one of those airbnbs that’s probably not been lived in (only short term rented), so there are some finishing touches that are missing like hand towels or tissues etc, but not a reason not to stay since it has other great things like a huge TV, big couch, nice kitchen, and great rooftop. Fyi, the unit shares a wall with the neighboring unit and the layout is: the bunk room is on the basement level (downstairs from the main level), the living room and kitchen is on the main level (which is about 6 steps up from ground level). And the 2 other bedrooms are upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Estes Park! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed watching the deer wonder around the surrounding area! We would definitely stay here again. I don’t have any complaints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s place. It was located conveniently between Red Rocks and the downtown area. The rooftop hot tub was everything we wanted it to be. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Danes spot was great! Roof top is great, with views of skyline and mountains! Master bedroom is really nice, great bathroom. Love the location, close enough to downtown but also close to cute neighborhoods.
