Dit was voor ons een ideale locatie en uitvalsbasis om NYC te bezoeken. Met de metro of fiets ben je op 50 min in Midtown Manhattan en kan je onderweg genieten van de verschillende wijken en alle andere facetten die deze metropolis te bieden heeft. Sebastian was een attente en schitterende host die ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk maakte. Het was fijn bij hem thuis te komen na het vele bezoeken en stappen!

Great apartment, spacious, very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need including large, private backyard. Excellent location and access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Great space, very large and lots of interesting items and books. Mostly quiet and safe. Bathroom very clean, great shower pressure. Hosts had a lot of recommendations and everything was thoughtfully supplied. Area itself is not bad, convenient access to the Q and B and other lines. I really enjoyed exploring the various cuisines, better than stuff you'd find in Manhattan even. About 30-40 min to get to Manhattan or Brooklyn downtown, so not bad given price/space area.

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

From the moment of booking, Martin was friendly and very helpful in providing clear information and responding to messages quickly. Nancy was also very welcoming and provided a clear and informative check in. The apartment was easy to find, being a short walk from the subway station (I used the Subway at 96th street and Broadway), plenty of shops and eateries are nearby. There is a Whole Foods store nearby for pretty much everything, I also ate at Effys Cafe which is one street over. The apartment is very close to central park, which is great for walking ( or just to sit and relax), I found the ravine, Harlem meer and the conservatory gardens very good places to see. Finally the apartment itself is a great place as an oasis to relax in after a busy, noisy and tiring day ( the bed is very comfortable) and having the added benefit of an outside area for when the weather is good. I found the shower was great to use and loved having fresh coffee each morning. I would book again.

Patrecia and Birane's place was very cozy and we felt right at home. They had all the things listed and all the bed linens towels were clean and washed. Sofabed in the living room was large and comfortable enough to sleep, like the other beds in the other rooms. They were also very responsive with our requests and helped us enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

David's Airbnb is the best place to stay at if you're looking for quiet and safe location to rest in. In my case the perfect place to get work done without any distractions and get some much needed rest. The place was filled with all the necessary essentials, from clean dishware and towels/toiletries and even extra food to use. David, the host himself, was also incredibly helpful throughout the Airbnb stay; consistently responsive. Checks in on you to make sure if you're ok and to answer any questions you may have. Finally the best thing about this host is that while I did not know what to do around the neighborhood; David was kind enough to provide a binder full of information regarding restaurants, things to do, and details about the Airbnb itself. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for the homely aesthetic, peaceful neighborhood, and access to variety things to do. I most definitely look forward to reserving this Airbnb again in the future.

We are happy with our stay at Harriets place! As we are travelling with 2 small kids, it was important to have kitchen and silence (we were the loud ones, probably) and kitchen is FULLY equiped one (and I mean - its really well equiped, nearly for any kind of meals), and apratment and neighbourhood is quiet at nights. Transportation is quite well - from EWR we arrived by Uber, and to/from Manhattan - wity NJ busses and Path trains. Harriet provided toys for kids, as well crayons and sketchbook for artistic activities, so, kudos for that one alone. Harriets place is highly recommended to anyone traveling via EWR, because of location. And what a views at the evening from waterfront to Manhattan!!!!

Isaac's place was perfect! Great location with convenient subway stations close by. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a stay there (I stayed 3 nights). Isaac was an excellent host and went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed and our trip was smooth. He even offered to have pizza delivered to the apartment one night! Incredible! The neighborhood is vibrant. Pro-tip: Go to Sunday Sweets for delicious baked goods/ brunch and coffee!

Anna was a delight start to finish, sweet, friendly and very responsive. The studio is in a really walkable area with grocers and restaurants plentiful. It was a 5 minute drive to Liberty State Park to see the Manhattan Skyline or take the ferry to Ellis Island or Statue of Liberty ( lots of free parking there). Easily walkable if you're younger than we are. Studio is on ground floor without steps, very secure and quiet. We weren't looking for a kitchen to cook so this was perfect for us. Very pleased with our stay.

Sara’s place truly felt like a home away from home. It was a peaceful and welcoming refuge—beautifully cared for, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the coziest beds I’ve ever slept in (and as a frequent Airbnb-er, that means a lot!). The space had such a calming, grounding energy, and communication with both Sara and Fabien was smooth, kind, and easy throughout. Sara was especially generous and flexible with check-in and check-out, which I deeply appreciated. The location is also fantastic—just steps from the train and close to so many Ditmas Park gems. I would wholeheartedly recommend this space to anyone visiting the NYC area, and I’ll definitely be back.

Stayed here over the weekend with my family. This place was extremely homey, beautiful , clean and has a large backyard! There was different places to sit through out the back yard giving us the best relaxation time. Our host was super attentive to us and very friendly. Will definitely book again

What a find! They take pet friendly to the next level. The fenced in yard was beautiful, nice seating area outside, at night we sat in the sun room with the electric fireplace for a nice ambiance. Even though one bed is a pull out you wouldn’t know it when sleeping on it. Nice separation of sleeping spaces. The breakfast options and the little coffee pot were perfect! I love you had variety of milks available. We had such a great time and wish we had more time to spend there. We will book again. Thank you again for a great visit!

Can’t say enough! Franco was a wonderful host—wish we would’ve taken the time to say hello!! We had a super busy weekend planned and barely stopped, but having his lovely place to go back to was exactly what we needed! Huge space for the price given the location. 1000% recommend and will be back!

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the communication from the host was quick and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Very nice space, very nice area. everything was close by car or in walking distance. Very easy commute from city to the rental. Jackie was very friendly & so was the cat ! beautiful cat lol. Did have trouble with the stovetop but was able to figure it out. I did feel like she was a little slow to respond but still got back to me. Would definitely recommend to a friend & stay here again.

Eine tolle Wohnung: nur 25 Minuten mit der U - Bahn und man ist mitten in Manhattan (ohne umsteigen). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und sehr geschmackvoll. Gleich gegenüber der Wohnung findet man einen Supermarkt und in der Gegend gibt es einige Lokale (unter anderem auch einen Thailänder, der leistbar ist- die Preise in NY sind momentan sehr hoch!) Leider kann man die Fenster nach hinten nicht öffnen, weil hier der Lärm von den Lüftungsanlagen der Restaurants in der Gegend stark zu hören ist. Ich bin sehr lärmempfindlich und hörte es sogar durch die Fenster. Also bei gekipptem oder offenen Fenster ist es unmöglich zu schlafen. Ich habe mich aber daran gewöhnt, weil der Rest der Wohnung und auch die Lage einfach perfekt sind. Shampoo und Duschgel war ausreichend vorhanden. Auch Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel und Seife.

Stayed here while in town for a friend’s wedding, it was a great place! Travis was a great host with very open communication, the place looked exactly as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend!

Spotless clean, cozy place, super easy check in. Safe - clean neighborhood. Closest grocery store is a 20min walk. Bed was very comfortable, nice linens, great television. The ONLY thing is there was no toaster in kitchen. Otherwise 99.9% perfect. I’d definitely go back to Kristine’s place!

Mena was an incredible host ! She truly went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel at home and even offered an earlier check-in time for us for our convenience. She was super responsive and helped us however she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She provided very clear instructions on checking in as well. The space was in pristine condition and was spotless, and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus for our longer stay. It’s located right in the center of town, and everything is within walking distance so it was super easy to get around. I’m originally from Bayonne, and staying here made me fall in love with it all over again. I will definitely be looking up this place again for my next visit, I’d choose Mena’s space again in a heartbeat !

Needed an inexpensive place in Dumont. It was competitive with local hotels and felt we got good value. The apartment was very nice and met our needs. Very easy also to work with the host. Thank you.

This place lived up to glowing reviews already available for this listing. The apartment was cozy, the proximity to the subway was fantastic, and the neighborhood has great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Michael is a fantastic host. I’d go out of my way to stay there again.

Appartamento grandioso per soggiornare a New York, in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura ad Harlem, ricca di supermercati e farmacie, con la metropolitana a brevissima distanza. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto, ed è in realtà molto spazioso. È ideale per chi viaggia con figli piccoli: io e mia moglie abbiamo viaggiato con nostra figlia di due anni, mettendola a dormire nella sua culla da viaggio in camera da letto. Il letto è estremamente confortevole, e ho dormito benissimo: la camera da letto affaccia verso l’interno dell’edificio e risulta perciò molto silenziosa. È inoltre molto semplice accedere in autonomia all’appartamento, date le indicazioni molto chiare dell’host. In definitiva, per soggiornare a Manhattan a un ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, è il posto ideale.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how lovely, pristine, and fragrant the space was. The high-end finishes throughout the apartment added a touch of luxury, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the flexibility in arranging a late checkout at a reasonable cost, which made managing our flight home much easier. The little touches truly made a difference—upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a warm welcome card. There were also complimentary soft drinks and snacks (which delighted our daughter!) these thoughtful gestures set the tone for our stay. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations in every way. Erin and Russ have created a truly welcoming and well-appointed space that we would wholeheartedly recommend.
