We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The back yard wasn’t mowed or clean as the pictures but we managed to still enjoy the outside weather.

This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting our college daughter. Beautiful place. Cozy and great for feeding and hanging out with family and friends. The neighborhood is peaceful. We enjoy taking walks. We caught the Blue Angels practicing and some dolphins swimming by!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

We had a great stay while visiting our daughter who is currently stationed at NAS Pensacola. The base is only about 15 minutes from the house which was great! Super convenient location, Close to beaches, shopping (target and Walmart are just around the corner!) The Hosts are very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog! The neighborhood felt very safe. Try Badass Hawaii coffee, just up the street, so good!! A+ stay!

Serene and beautiful setting on bayou heron, which feeds directly into Perido Bay. Loved kayaking right from the property and seeing an abundance of wildlife from the dock - birds, fish, dolphins and an alligator! extra large family room and kitchen would work well for families. the hosts were super accommodating and flexible with the check in time which we really appreciated.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

I grew up vacationing in the area with my family. We returned with my parents and wife and kids. The place is great. We did a day at the house and swam in the bay, an afternoon at pirates cove, and a beach day at Perdido key. Note Brenda’s Beach has chair and umbrella rentals which worked great.

As an owner of rental property myself, I’m a bit harder to please but this jewel of a place exceeded my expectations. Everything we could ask for and more!! I’ll definitely be back!!!

I would give Hideaway Hammock more stars if I could. Donna's place was PERFECT! the neighborhood is quiet and the property itself feels pretty secluded even from the neighborhood around it. the back yard is picturesque. The screened in back porch over looking the creek was truly my favorite place in the whole house. I was truly able to relax and unwind here in the mornings and between activities. They provided kayaks and paddles to use in the creek. On the inside of the house, it was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, homey without being cluttered, and had some great extras (very comfy reclining/vibrating chairs, an abundance of towels, linens, cookware and dishes). I've already looked at future dates for this property for our family, and I cannot recommend you choose this for your stay enough. You won't regret it.

Vincent's place was perfect for our stay in Pensacola. A quick drive to downtown, a park close by to walk our dog in, and easy to get to bridge to head the beach. All reasons the place was great--. On top of that, the bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept and the place is thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommend.

Responded quickly to all questions and was very helpful. Place was very clean and a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

This is our second stay - 2021 and 2025! There are no words to describe the beautiful view!!! Sunsets that are truly picture perfect. Evening walks on the pier while watching the dolphins. And there are times you cannot tell where the water ends and the sky begins. There have been improvements since we were there 2021 and they are great. If you are looking for a place to relax, reflect and just enjoy.....this is it. A true GEM!!

We ended up in a situation with our dogs and the condo we were in. Wendy’s AIRbnb was located less than a mile away and they had a fenced in back yard! Our dogs loved their stay and the backyard and we enjoyed the quietness and privacy of the location. The house was very clean and everything we needed

We loved staying at this cozy home!Everything was just as listed and everything was so cute! We took advantage of the bikes provided and took a ride in the park along the bayou close by. It was very scenic and we love the neighborhood! It is a perfect location for visiting my son who lives on NAS Pensacola. Katie and Chad were very helpful and responsive when I had questions about the area. We loved our trip and our stay there!

There are not enough words to describe how great Tom and Renee are in addition to their beautiful air bnb! I travel often for work and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The land is gorgeous, peaceful, and just perfect. The home itself is so homey and cozy and I can’t think of one thing we needed. We will definitely be back! loved our stay! such a beautiful & clean home inside and out! the hosts were wonderful and responded so quickly! they also have an elevator if you are handicapped which really came in helpful when we had my mother-in-law over! loved the amenities and everything that it offered. can't wait to stay again!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for sharing your little slice of private paradise.This cabin was really clean and well stocked. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our 16th anniversary here. The kayaking was a highlight for us, we enjoyed exploring the calm waters, and seeing all the nearby animals. Our dogs were so happy to run around the property. The hot tub was a definite recharge during our relaxation session, surrounded by nature's serenity. We're grateful for the laughter, stories, and memories we created and definitely would love to return someday.

We enjoyed our stay at the Joe's fish camp and it was central to the events that we attended. The place was exactly as described. The enclosed back porch and dock were a great place to hangout and view the birds and wildlife in the area... very peaceful and quiet!

What an amazing stay. This property is absolutely sold by the private pier - we stayed out on our one night here with a pizza and wine and watched the sunset... stunning! so much so, we vowed to get up for sunrise at 6 am (which we did!) to see it all again. would highly recommend this stay if you're in the area :)
