Perfect place to stay, close to plenty of places to shop, eat, drink and walk. Beautiful little lodge and perfect location just a stones throw from the seafront and a couple of pubs. Onsite private parking is always a positive, instructions were easy to follow. 10/10

We had a fantastic couple of days by the seaside staying in this lovely house. It was clean and cosy with great design and everything we needed for our stay. The wood burning stove was a particularly nice feature for April evenings and the outdoor space was a real sun trap to capture Spring sunshine. All the shops, great restaurants and the seafront were all within a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely recommend it as a delightful getaway spot.

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

Wonderful little gem, loved staying here, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly :)

heel mooi plekje. midden in de natuur, mooi uitzicht om echt even tot rust te komen. . 3 cottages naast elkaar maar wel met veel privacy. ze zijn door Mark, timmerman, zelf gemaakt. De kwaliteit en liefde voor de huisjes druipt ervan af. heel gastvrij en flexibel (late check out was geen probleem). bootjes om op de vijver te roeien, voetbalveldje, bbq-huisje, speeltuin en groener gras dan thuis. op wandelafstand van dorpje (long Melford, 1 mile) met een Beatrix Potter huis. op 5 km Lavinghem met prachtige superoude huisjes waar een stukje Harry Potter opgenomen is. echt een aanrader!

Great little house in a perfect location. A stones throw from the harbour and 5 minutes walk into town. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing break and will be back. PS - you have to check out chef Dory at the quayside bar on Thursday evenings - food was to die for

As always, 10 out of 10. This is a fantastic location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Windsor. Jeremy is just the icing on the cake—a great and responsive communicator.

Location, location, location! This is a great location for any tourist, it is safe and walkable to the Tower Bridge, crow jewels, Borough Market, London Bridge, Spitalfields Market, the underground, restaurants and so much more. The hosts is very responsive and happy to provide recommendations. Great communication before, during and afterwards. It is a very family friendly place too.
