Shepherds Cottage is a secluded 19th century small two bedroom cottage down a farm track between Mawgan Porth and Bedruthen Steps, close to the coast path and within a short drive of Padstow and North Cornwall's amazing beaches. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is perfect for families and couples who want to escape the crowds. The cottage overlooks the village green and there is a back garden and parking for 1 car on the private drive.

A Cool Coastal Retreat with a Woodburner

Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
