Excellent stay in New Polzeath. Easy access to local amenities. Having stayed in this apartment and other is the block a number of times over many years. Never disappointed! Lovely surroundings, quiet accommodation but only a short walk to Polzeath for surf and lovely food. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone who likes good surf and lots of places to eat and drink.

Fantastic apartment beautifully designed with all home comforts at your fingertips, great pub across the street and Sue and Phil were so welcoming and friendly! The apartment is such a great space with a fantastic open plan living/kitchen/dining area and great views! The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy and both en-suite. An easy walk to Truro town centre or the bus stops right outside and it’s a short ride to town Would recommend 100%!

merci André de nous avoir permis de passer un très chouette séjour dans la région, le logement est vraiment très bien décoré et très cosy, on se sent vraiment très bien et on a bien profité ! petit bémol si il faut dire quelque chose, il manque une grande casserole dans le matériel de cuisine, et la taille de l'évier ne permet pas d'envisager de la grande cuisine même pour deux personnes. mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre très chouette séjour. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! on recommande

Location avec environnement très propre, facile d accès, paisible. L accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus Sandra a été très réactive et très accueillante Je recommande fortement

Séjour agréable et reposant dans un bon lit aux draps d’une grande douceur. Il y avait beaucoup de matériel et de nourriture de première nécessité. Très bon emplacement dans Concarneau, le bar restaurant proche permet d’acheter le journal , d’aller boire un verre ou manger un petit morceau. Promenade facile sur la corniche. Merci pour ce séjour !

Superbe résidence, appartement spacieux et lumineux. Environnement agréable et propre. Le centre ville ainsi que la plage sont à quelques minutes a pied. Toute commodité sont à proximité. Le Touquet ainsi que sa région sont magnifiques. Je recommande Dominique et son logement! Nous étions 4 dont 2 filles (15-11ans) donc adapté a une famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous ! A bientôt !

Un séjour agréable chez Christianne et Michel. Des hotes adorables ,un accueil chaleureux. Ils ont pris du temps pour nous recevoir et nous faire visiter.Un logement hyper propre .Tres calme.Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner.Des produits douche et serviette de bain à disposition. Epicerie de première nécessité en abondance . Bref,nous qui revenions d'un séjour en gite de france avec une seule tablette de lave vaisselle pour une semaine et 2 torchons ça nous a réchauffé le coeur! Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Très bon séjour chez Annie qui est une hôte très accueillante. Bonne communication et attentionnée. Le logement est agréable et permet un accès direct à la mer, ce qui est très appréciable. De plus, nous avons bénéficié d'une météo favorable pour une réussite parfaite de notre séjour à Cabourg. Nous recommandons.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns von Anfang an direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet (erst frisch renoviert und technisch auf einem überdurchschnittlich guten Stand!!!). Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da ;-)

The strong WiFi was also a huge plus—super reliable and fast. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartment as shown on photos, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Central location within West Bay with stunning coastal walks and variety of restaurants. Found Chris to be very friendly and provided helpful information. Look forward to stopping at apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jill’s gorgeous home - so brilliant to stay somewhere that has such a variety of handy amenities and lovely furnishings! We were unlucky with a noisy family in an upstairs holiday apartment but that would not put us off booking again as the place more than made up for it! Super communication and we would love to stay again!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Séjour merveilleux . Appartement extrêmement propre, vue imprenable sur la plage . On traverse la route et hop dans l'eau . Résidence très calme en cette période d'avril . Promenades à pied à partir de la résidence . Hôte très accueillant . Bref, à refaire . Un petit couteau pour ouvrir les huîtres et ce sera parfait 😉. Merci à vous Hubert

Séjour ensoleillé , très agréable de 3 nuits dans cet appartement au calme un peu en retrait de la ville , logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût , très fonctionnel , bonne literie , tout le necessaire dans la cuisine , le balcon qui est un plus , dans oublier l ascenseur bien pratique à l arrivée et au départ pour les valises … Seule déception : la piscine en maintenance toute la durée de notre séjour …

Logement idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage à pied. La vue mer est très agréable. Le logement est propre, bien agencé et avec tout le nécessaire (il y a même un réducteur et un marche-pied pour les enfants!). Merci à Audrey pour son sourire et son accueil.
