Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

Paul's place was exactly as described, very comfortable and perfect for one person! The place is off a main road, so it can be noisy at night. Great location, so close to the sea and shops. Would definitely stay again.

I was visiting friends and needed somewhere to stay centrally. Ben's place is ideally located in the city centre, close to Canterbury West station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, checking in very easy and the nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules a big plus. Bathroom was large with a new shower and all necessary amenities. Would definitely revisit!

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to after such a fantastic stay here. The room is stunning, the bed is super comfortable and that bath… absolute heaven! We stayed here as part of a trip to chapel down and it was the ideal location just 5 mins drive away. Beautiful town lots going on, we ate downstairs in the pub and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent hospitality and food. A little noisy in the evening but what can you expect it is an old building and noise travels, but the noise stops by 11pm latest. Great honesty bar on site and a lovely little lounge next to the restaurant but an after dinner tipple. Will stay again! Thank you!

La chambre est charmante, décorée avec goût et très propre. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans une pièce lumineuse et cosy, offre un large choix de produits frais et de qualité. Un vrai moment de détente avant de commencer la journée. Je recommande sans hésiter, une excellente adresse !

great location for wandering around the streets of St Helier. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. we both slept so well! no noise either from the restaurant downstairs, which we thought would be the case.

Excellent central location with the bonus of free parking. Beautifully decorated internally and in a really interesting historical building. Wonderfully comfortable bed and lots of lovely Neal’s yard products to use. Great recommendations given for eateries (we’d highly recommend The Cornish Arms for dinner and Church Lane for breakfast). A lovely one night stay, thank you Jack and Iain!

Amazing stay for boardmasters weekend. Did exactly what it said! Easily accessible to the town, bus station and beaches. I would recommend parking around the corner - in a car park as only £6 for 24 hours. No roadside parking outside but around corner there is, was obviously busy as we came at a peak time. Lovely service and great host - highly recommend!
