Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with, responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Lisa’s home. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and walking distance to the heart of Oceanside. Cool little outside area to chill in the sun and we had all the doors open to e joy the weather. 100% would recommend.

Diana's beach house was fantastic - excellent location just steps from the beach walk and the beach, wonderfully appointed and super clean - in fact, this is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Diana's instructions were detailed and precise, the photos in the listing were spot- on - yes, you can sit on the deck and see the beach 100 feet away and the sunsets unfold in front of you! Diana is very prompt and timely in her communications with guests, and any question we had along the way she answered within 15 minutes. We loved our stay, really a superior experience, and can't wait to go back!

Tara's bungalow was very nice. It was very clean and modern while being cozy. Very nice amenities and a block from the beach! We could walk easily into Carlsbad Village for dining and shopping and the beach was about a 3 minute walk. Thank you for a restful and quiet stay! We loved it!

The beach bungalow was as described. The location was ideal, just two blocks from the beach. The hot tub was a standout feature for our visit. It was clean and we had no issues with temperature. The home is a bit no-frills but that was as expected, still a great value. Host was responsive and shoutout to Pete, manager, who was kind and helpful throughout. Our family would stay again. P.S. the train did not really bother our family, some who are light sleepers, during the stay. It will not wake you up in the middle of the night.

We loved Nicole’s place. Great layout, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed. Shower was really nice with lots of hot water. Coffee shop next door was a little loud on the weekend, but quiet by 5:00 pm. Nice coffee shop, too. Really friendly. Just a block from the ocean. Highly recommend.

Had previously stayed at the bungalow for 2 weeks. This year, stayed for one month. The place was great each time! Quiet location, clean, private, great neighborhood. Sarah was very responsive to questions and inquiries. Looking forward to staying again!

My toddler and sister stayed here for a few nights while visiting San Diego. It was a great spot for staying with a little one. Cyndi had a pack and play set up for us, a selection of children's books, kid-friendly snacks, and Disney+ on the TV. We loved taking walks to the beach. I thought Cyndi's place had some really thoughtful amenities + a fabulous location.

The house was perfect! Exactly what we wanted. The property was exactly as listed. Adrian made sure to keep in contact in case we needed anything. Great value and I would highly recommend.

Squeaky clean, new construction interior with one of a kind, beautiful and peaceful exterior! Couldn't stop taking photos. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Jim & Sha-Marie’s place in Ocean Beach! It was great to be able to walk to the beach, and also to have a driveway parking spot. Street parking is fairly easy if you have more than one vehicle. Beds were comfortable, everything suited our needs for a three night stay. No bugs, just a cute little lived-in home that we were able to borrow for a few days of beach life. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We stayed at Madison's place for a week and had an amazing time. The house was one of our highlights and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who is visiting San Diego! Madison's house is very welcoming, everything is as described, very clean and generously equipped with everything you need. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but at the same time is close to a lot of local activities, Downtown and beaches which made it very easy to get around. We also appreciated having the driveway available for parking. Madison was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly during our stay! Overall, a fantastic experience!

Just returned from our 2nd stay at the bungalow. Once again it was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is in a safe neighborhood that is walkable to many restaurants and a quick Uber to the beaches. Would definitely recommend this rental.
