Tony was a very accommodating host! The place was fantastic and close to the beach. The pools were great for the kids. The reserved parking lot for beach access was definitely an added bonus. Tony had some great local recommendations for how to maximize our time and make it the most enjoyable (i.e letting us know of a less busy beach access to avoid crowds). We even had an internet issue and he jumped on solutions right away (even when he was out of town) and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommend and hope to come again!!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at Yvonne’s. It’s perfect for that beach getaway! Peaceful, short drive to the beach! It looks just like the pictures! Yvonne is the perfect host, answers any question promptly and ensures you have everything you need! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Amazing stay , everything was just as described from pictures, lovely location , scenery was amazing private access to beach pools and hot tub , also traveling with teen boys who are always hungry we bought groceries and cooked breakfast n dinner and kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. Also very responsive , Definitely would stay here again 🙌🏼

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our whole family. The kitchen was very well stocked. Better than any place we have stayed before. Loved having what we needed for 2 young children ( special plates, bowls, cups, high chair, pack ‘n play, small table and chairs, and the big hit magna tiles!) Cliff responded immediately to all questions. The porch is great! Highly recommend!

This location was perfect for a wedding we attended at a local venue in OIB. The third floor of the condo is perfectly pictured as-is in the listing, a great view to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the third floor balcony. We appreciated the individual bedroom/bathroom space we each had for getting ready and the responsiveness of the host when we had questions. We would absolutely consider this condo again for another visit to OIB! Thanks for a lovely stay!

My family and my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents stayed at Salubrious View Too a handful of times when I was a kid. We’ve all had wonderful memories of this house, view, and sunset beach. This year, my parents and aunt and uncle are the grandparents, we are the parents, and the cousins’ children are the grandchildren. Amazing to be able to carry on the tradition to another generation. So thankful for our time at Salubrious View Too and cannot wait to return again.

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!
