This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

Great place especially if you need to be close to Wake Forest. Daniel responds quickly and was a great host.

This home was quirky and tranquil with incredible windows looking out on the surrounding woods. It's worth noting that it is not close to restaurants or grocery stores--be prepared to drive 10 minutes for gas or food. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, the house is perfect. We visited with our 3-year-old and were grateful for a small selection of children's toys and books.

I stayed for 3 months during the summer, and Inna has been the best host I've had. She is promptly communicative, proactive, and always exceeds expectations whenever inevitable problems arise. Definitely made my stay worthwhile for me and my roomates. The place is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. I love the fact that I can just go for a walk to destress on the Tabacco Trail that's less than half a mile away. Good vibes 😌

We loved staying at Tracy's place. Everything was just as it was described and Tracy was very responsive and helpful. Would gladly stay there again the next time we're down there.

This is a great little cottage that met our needs for a week of needing to relocate during the days while our own home was under construction. We didn't ever sleep there, but the bedroom was cozy and welcoming, and the bathroom was well stocked. The modern kitchenette met our needs for reheating precooked foods, and the living room was a nice place to work. Strong wifi, charging cords for devices, sweet little yard for taking the dog out, easy access in and out, plenty of natural light, and easy to keep clean. Very sweet little spot for 1-2 of us and our dog!

My stay was fantastic! The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was attentive and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Every detail was well thought out, from the amenities to the decor. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

The place was awesome to stay in. Beautiful neighborhood, close to town, and always felt safe. Justin was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. The bed downstairs was a great surprise and kept my mother-in-law from having to travel upstairs for bed. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms to help get ready with a house full of women :)

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

Selden was a great host and very responsive! I was staying there with my daughter and two other young ladies for a soccer tournament and on the last day he was very gracious and let us stay a bit after checkout so they could wash up after their game! The girls were definitely grateful for that!! The house was also immaculate and comfortable! We will definitely stay again next time we visit North Carolina!

This was the perfect place to stay for a family reunion. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was so nice to go sit out by and I loved the screened in porch 😍

If you're like us and dig deep into the reviews, we want to correct some misinformation. The shower is larger than the standard 32", and we took successive unhurried showers and didn't run out of hot water. The location is private and quiet. Real value for the money.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve stayed in the apartment 4 times in the last 9 months I think and I’d highly recommend it to anybody. The gym within west village is fantastic and it’s so easy to walk to great places and also to go for a run. I love staying there and hope to be back again soon!

David’s place is beautiful! It’s surrounded by mature trees in a lovely little neighborhood with lots of stores and parks located nearby. David was a very responsive and personable host. Definitely recommend.

Kevin and Jordan are amazing! Make sure you do your part in cleaning up, Kevin and Jordan do a lot of the heavy lifting so it would be amazing if you could help them out and tidy up after yourself. Back balcony was an amazing hangout spot!

This was our second stay at Teri's, and we absolutely love it. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat on a stunning 100-acre, 200-year-old farm with charming rustic cabins, this is the place for you. We were in the area to handle some difficult family matters, but staying here brought us a sense of peace and comfort we truly needed. Even during a tough time, we were able to create wonderful new memories. Our grandkids came by every day—they fished in the pond and had a blast playing pool with their Papa and Uncle in the game room at the main house. They loved every minute of it! We love this place and will stay again.

The Hillbilly Hideout was perfect for a little weekend away! We loved the space, it was peaceful and cozy.

Had a quick stay here and this house was perfect for our group who were attending a Durham Bulls game. The location is not in the best area but was convenient to get a cheap Uber. Jeremy is super responsive and accommodating!

This is the 3rd time Dwayne, Hoover and I have stayed here. Its such a quiet and relaxing place. Hoover knew exactly where he was and he remembered Lisa and Ginny. I always feel welcome here. Its quiet. There is everything that you need at the apartment. And its not too far from a main highway so everything is convenient. Lisa is an awesome hostess and is always very helpful. We can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot this is the place! Thank you so very much Lisa and Ginny for another wonderful stay.
