A fabulous place! Peaceful and private. The surroundings were stunning and the accommodation was spacious and very special. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym were excellent and very clean and the games room impressive. We had an amazing few days.

Fantastic cottage! It’s our second time staying here as we love it so much! The hot tub is very private and the log fire makes it really cosy! The cottage was very clean & today with everything you could need! Will definitely be booking to come back a third time!

We have visited a lot of air bnbs and I have to say this is one of the best. Every small detail that makes a difference is there. One of our friends is a professional chef and he was really impressed with the equipment in the kitchen. The garden is huge and beautifully kept. Coming with two small children the addition of some children’s toys and games was great. Everything is in pristine condition and exceptionally clean. A really exceptional air bnb!

Great stay with hot tub and open fire! If you're looking for a romantic getaway and country walks on your door step with great pubs, this is your place! So well equipped from kitchen to robes and slippers. Warm, homely and private. really enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a wonderful stay in this property. A beautiful historical house, cosy kitchen and fireplace to play board games in front of (or watch the rugby instead). Corner store was easily walkable, so too the local pub (we recommend the Crown). Perfect place to catch a break.

The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy feels like we’re just at home chilling. Every part of the room is spacious. Spotless clean. Backyard was big where we set up the party. Host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time spent in his place. Will definitely come back

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

Great stay in an excellent location! Would highly recommend for anyone after a dog friendly lodge surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve. Too many walks to choose from at your doorstep. Jo also has a lot of recommendations which were very helpful.

Jennifer was great to work with and her cosy cottage is in an incredible location just few steps away from beautiful Wimbledon Village. Access to public transport was very easy. While it was somewhat tight quarters with three adults and a child, the space is very functional more than met our needs. We would not hesitate staying again in the future.

Where do I start? This Airbnb was absolute perfection. It was blissfully private and quiet, tucked away in the most peaceful setting. The house was lovely, freshly and tastefully decorated, with all you need for a week long stay. Elliot had left a few food items and the kinds of things you need to make cooking easy. The garden was secure for our dogs, and the nearby woods gave us somewhere to walk them easily. Henley was just a few minutes drive away, and Reading about 20 mins, so a great location for our needs. Plenty of easy parking right at the front door too. We travel to this area regulalry and will look to stay here again quite happily.

the cottage was so lovely. very peaceful garden to relax and unwind with a glass of wine and a fire pit and the inside of the cottage was so beautiful. We went on a lovely walk in the surrounding countryside as well

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend a day what a beautiful property

Jacqueline's Cottage truly lived up to all expectations set forth from previous reviews. The surroundings are peaceful and idyllic, and she has created a "suburban retreat" within SevenOaks. The cottage is very well kept and appointed, and there is very little to desire that has not already been provided, right down to the fresh-baked bread and goodie basket awaiting your arrival. We would recommend the cottage to families, couples, or mature friends traveling together. If you like to enjoy the countryside with walks in the fields, I'd imagine you won't find better. Very ideal for a weekend getaway, long-term stay, or visiting your boarding Sennockian.

We had great pleasure in staying in Judith's lovely cottage for three nights, wished it had been longer. It was so cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed. This is quite a unique little find. Would love to return.

We had such a cozy, lovely and wonderful stay at Apple Tree Cottage! The cottage is exactly as pictured in the photos and the amenities are wonderful. We loved that there was plenty of wood to use both fireplaces and the fully stocked kitchen. The welcome basket from Julia and Tony was a kind touch and we loved the fresh eggs! My husband also loved the BBQ in the patio. We met both Julia and Tony and they were very friendly. Another plus the local pub just a 1 minute walk from the cottage - we had a great meal there. We also loved the quiet surroundings and went on a beautiful country walk. Julia was very responsive with any questions. This is a great location if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning area. It’s also perfect for a small group of friends or family. Thank you so much, Julia and Tony! We hope we’ll visit again soon. :)

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed in a peaceful rural environment. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
