Suite 3 is fully furnished Studio, 1 bathroom, a queen bed, two stools for bar seating, two chair seating for your comfort, and a fully equipped kitchen with a compact style fridge & oven. The living room has 50” TV, with Spectrum cable and Wifi. Stair access only, no elevator. 19 steps in the stairs and 3 Suites total upstairs.

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.
