Great place, close to bus and the university. Markets and restaurants are within walking distant. David is very responsive and helpful. The neighbourhood is safe and nice.

I had a great time in south bend largely in part to the comfortable accommodation and amenities our host provided us. Vonita made our stay pleasurable. Will book in the future for sure.

Adam was a pleasure to deal with. This space is absolutely gorgeous and much more spacious than the photos suggest. Everything was clean, well appointed, and thoughtfully arranged. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway.

tim is a great host. clear instructions, responsive, friendly. I love this location. within walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops, ND, spots by the river to lay a blanket down and enjoy the weather. close to Lake Michigan beaches. I love the private parking. clean place, has all the amenities you love from home. it's my go to anytime I'm in SB.

Emily's condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and more than we could have hoped for! It was well-appointed and perfectly stocked with anything needed for our stay there. We stayed 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The elevator worked perfectly and it was very easy to enter and leave the condo with key-coded entry, and there is also a wonderful coffee shop on the first floor. Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing Purple mattress in the master bedroom! It was SO comfortable- soft but not too soft! The only mild negatives for us was that a train would go by late at night blaring its horn, but we soon adjusted to it after a couple of nights. We also had a little difficulty two times finding a place to park in the all day section of the free parking lot down the street during the day but, otherwise, parking was fine! Emily was easy to reach and very pro-active in taking care of one small weather-related issue that occurred during our stay. We will be back!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

My fourth stay at the Pear Place on Maple, and Scott and his co-hosts were as brilliant as usual. I keep coming back to Scott's house because it feels like home from home. The continual investment in the property and additions in facilities never cease, and the cleanliness and great communication is super. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and downtown is a few minutes drive away. If I lived in Indiana, I'd choose Goshen as its so relaxed and respectful a community. Thank you Scott, Shawna and Rebecca for your great Hosting. I'll be back again later in the year and just hope the property is available when I get my dates confirmed 🙏

This was a perfect cozy and peaceful cottage. we can't wait to return in the warmer months but we still enjoyed waking up to the pretty lake. We were warm and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want! The house was very clean! Ryan is a terrific host and responds promptly with friendly and very helpful messages.

Great place to stay with fun amenities and a safe place to walk my dog.

We really enjoyed this home. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals there. The hot tub was super nice and had a privacy fence around it. Bed was very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend this home with great hosts. Fresh flowers and the bottle of sparkling juice added a nice touch.

Marilyn’s place was a great place to stay for a Notre Dame home football game. In terms of location, it’s quiet and secluded yet close to the action. And Ubers in South Bend are generally cheap. The house itself is great as well. It has a number of beds to accommodate larger groups, and the house is decked out in Notre Dame decorations. There’s also plenty of parking, making parking stress free. Marilyn was also a great host. She was timely and responsive, and she had simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions. My friends and I had a great time. Would recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

We booked this place for my husband to work for 6 weeks. It was a perfect home away from home for him. Vik was a superb host! Very responsive, kind and lovely to work with. Thanks Vik!
