The place was very spacious and able to accommodate our large family plus one dog well instead of booking multiple hotel rooms around the area. The backyard is very large and well enclosed. The house had very large rooms and many beds of various quality, but neatly kept. The overall house/furniture has some wear and tear, but it had all that we needed during our stay. Because it was such a large house, it felt airy and not stuffy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, house was easy to find right off the freeway and near plenty of eateries. We would definitely consider this place again when visiting in Elk Grove.

This place was worth the price plus the host was very friendly. There was so much space for my boyfriend myself and our dog. We definitely will be staying there again when we come back to town

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

My grandma and I had a very great experience. The house is beautiful inside and out and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We felt right at home, it was so cozy. Tons to do near by, Shopping, dining and also a park nearby. I was sad to leave wanted to extend the stay. The host was great at responding and very nice. I would definitely recommend this home. I will be back in the future.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

Our stay was phenomenal during our 7 days. This was our 3rd Airbnb and by far the Best!!!! My family loved the home, and felt like we were home. Didn't feel like an Airbnb/hotel setting. We all felt peace and tranquility. Private and quiet neighborhood. Our furry babies felt like at home, they were so relaxed and quiet. The home was super clean, fresh, and modern. Thank you again!

We had the most wonderful time during our stay in Loomis at Wendy’s private retreat. We were in town for a wedding and this house was so spacious. It accommodated my family and children perfectly. Every room was clean, spacious, and well equip with everything you could need. The dining table fit us well and the kitchen had everything too. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and private yard. The children ran off exploring while we sipped on our coffee. Down the street is a lovely cafe too! Thank you Wendy for being the most gracious host when we were searching for a place so last minute. You are awesome!

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

Always a pleasure staying in this home as it truly feels like family.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

This location in Fair Oaks is beautiful, serene and peaceful. There is an aviary with quite a few birds, but the noise did not bother us. Very friendly and responsive hosts!!!

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! The backyard is AWESOME! You can relax in the shade or feel the warmth of the sun, it would make a great bbq get-together

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Mesha and Chris’s place was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and restful place!

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 7. Everyone had their own beds and rooms. It was clean, close to the airport, shopping, and in a safe neighborhood. I appreciated the free coffee, creamer, and body wash. The home's landscaping was impressive. A fellow green thumb may appreciate the beautiful plants surrounding the home. I would stay here again.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.
