This is a great place to stay with family! It is close to everything, spacious and clean. I would stay here again!

This was by far the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed!!! Well worth the privacy and fun things to do! Pete was an absolute great host and was responsive to all questions and concerns! Beautiful space and plenty to do for our entire group including a super fun playroom for the children :) 5/5 from myself and my family!

If you’re looking for something unique and eclectic, this is the place. It’s very well done inside, and peaceful surroundings outside. We love the comfortable feel of the place and the fun vibe. It has everything we needed and plenty of space to hang out as a family. The barn is clean and cozy. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back!

The apartment was immaculate and the decor was so fun! Host was incredibly friendly and helpful with my family research (the main reason for our visit). We will definitely be staying here every time we visit!

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

We had a great stay at this adorable cottage. If you appreciate architecture and the character of historic houses, you’ll really love this sweet home! The home was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and communication was excellent. Of most importance…the house was VERY clean. We’d stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the Ranchview Inn. The place was large enough for my sisters and their families to stay all in one house. The beautiful back room was perfect for meals, playing games and watching the birds at the feeders. We loved that some of us could watch football on the large TV in the basement and they wouldn’t be bothered by those playing games or chatting upstairs. We will definitely stay again.
