You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. This is a small, clean main floor apartment (456 sq. ft.)in a 4-plex. This is an older home near East Center street, a short distance to downtown/Mayo. It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.

The Burton House is a recently renovated, cozy little home just a few blocks from downtown Winona, MN and the mighty Mississippi River. It is walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops.
