Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Cozy house for two friends traveling together. It would be a tight squeeze with 2 couples. We enjoyed watching the deer and wild turkey daily! The home is just as described and you can't beat the location for Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs (Incline hike).

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, just down the street from Memorial Hospital Central, making it very convenient to go back and forth. Everything was well set up, and check-in was smooth.

Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers, so they had their own rooms). The host recently installed individual air-conditioners in all the bedrooms which kept each room very comfortable to each person’s liking. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and provided additional instructions, when needed and answered any questions we had. The home was conveniently located near our family’s home as well as centrally to many restaurants, the interstate and Academy Drive.

The house match the description and photos. It was spacious and comfortable for me and my kids. The rooms were spacious and the amenities made the stay even easier. The location was perfect with lots to do, walking distance from a strip of local shops, and restaurants. The scenery surrounding the neighborhood is something out of a movie, walking out of the house to the view of Pike's Peak is something we will never forget. Being a 5 minute drive from The Garden of the Gods was also extremely convenient. Highly recommend this property!

Tanya’s townhouse was exactly as described. We had a great stay in a very clean, comfortable and quiet home. Communication was easy via text. Check in/out was easy. Amenities included everything necessary for a comfortable stay ( including a washer/dryer, garage door opener, coffee pot). The bottom line is we felt right at home and would gladly stay here again!

My wife, two kiddos, and I really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was clean and met our needs. It was located within a short distance of all the activities we enjoy in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very professional, responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

The house was immaculate and clutter-free. Instructions for arrival and check-out were very clear and the location is great for people accessing the AFA. The area is quiet and peaceful.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the arcade game, which was a fun addition to our evenings and the host allowed for us to check in a bit early since we arrived ahead of schedule. However, we did find that there were not a lot of kitchen utensils available, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. Also, if you're planning to visit local attractions like Garden of the Gods, be aware that it's a bit of a drive. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Laura has a beautiful, well kept up property in a very nice area. There were many restaurants and other stores within 2 blocks and the property is only a mile from the main freeway that leads to all the attractions in the area. We would definitely consider staying at this property again. Laura was also very prompt in responding to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic layout. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our booking due to an Airbnb error. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, quiet place. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was great for our party of 4! Laundry room close by. Location great to all the sights of Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Woodland Park. Zach's place is a quiet comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect for so many outdoor activities in the area. We could walk to the local restaurants. The view of Pikes Peak is spectacular as you sit in the livingroom or on the spacious balcony. This clean home has everything you need including a great host. We hope to stay here again. Thank you, Zach!

Ken and Patty’s place is wonderful. It’s a “cozy home”. It’s comfortable and warm. The neighborhood is great. Quiet and chill. Ken and Patty will, without a doubt, make sure your stay is great. Their response to anything is almost immediate. They are “hands on” and take care of the property at all times. This is an amazing “home” that you will have what you need. The house is warm and comfortable. My original stay was supposed to be 3 weeks. Due to work, it’s been over 3 months. Ken and Patty’s place has left me ZERO reason to look elsewhere. The playful squirrels in the backyard will keep you entertained for hours in the morning. Plenty of room for sure. Everything in the house works perfectly (showers, kitchen, whatever). If you ride a bike, this place is awesome. EASY, rideable, access to anywhere in town. Road, gravel and MTB. Garage is great and keeps bikes safe!

Christopher offers a super nice stay for a reasonable price. My sister and I came up for spring break and were within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do (pikes peak, downtown, walking trails in manitou).

Our family absolutely loved this rental. Our party of 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 8) fit perfectly in the rental. The kids loved the living room and the hot tub and the property is close to a lot of restaurants and downtown Colorado Springs. The living areas and the beds were also super comfortable. The hosts, Brian and Stephanie, were incredibly friendly and responsive, and offered some great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We also accidentally left a jacket at the property and they were more than happy to help ship it to us. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for being amazing hosts, Brian and Stephanie!
