Das war mit Abstand das beste Apartment in Santiago de Cuba, sehr sauber, die Ausstattung perfekt, alles hat immer funktioniert. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Vielen Dank liebe Valia!!! Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Leyda war sehr schön. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit ihrer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge und die Stadt war der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die frischen Trauben der Terrasse zu geniessen. Der eigene Eingang gewährte uns die gewünschte Privatsphäre. Es war toll dass wir Familie und Freunde empfangen konnten. Die Gastgeberin war aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit, und ihre kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie der Wäsche-Service und der regelmässige Handttuchwechsel, sowie die frischen Mangosäfte machten unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot viel Stauraum. Das Internet war zuverlässig und ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Es un departamento muy céntrico con todas las comodidades. A pesar de los apagones en Santiago nunca se fue la corriente y siempre había agua fría y caliente. Angel es un anfitrión muy amable que nos ayudó mucho. Recomiendo el departamento y volveré a hospedarme ahí en mi próxima visita a Santiago.

Manuel is an honest, sincere, extremely helpful, gentlemen. My phone did not function and he lent me his extra phone while adding additional money so I could use to make calls, His place is immaculately clean. His assistant, Ricardo, was attentive to whatever I needed to make my stay more comfortable. His chef, Lisbeth, is a phenomenal cook and asked what foods I liked and of course, the meals were all delicious at a very reasonable price. I can not speak highly enough of Manuel and his staff and of course on my next trip to Santiago de Cuba I will be staying there once again. I consider him a friend and know I have a new family there.

Aurora’s place was by far the most beautiful and appealing my friends and I stayed in during our exploration of Cuba. Aurora’s co-hosts, Clarita B. and Hector M. P., deserve a special mentioning: they waited for us at the entrance on the street in spite of an arrival after midnight, welcomed us in a most gracious manner and explained the paradisiacal garden and its plants to us: from tasteful Guyaba to medicinal anti-inflammatory plants. The ‘room’ was an apartment, much superior to what we had booked, extremely spacious and comfortable with its own kitchen. The breakfast prepared daily by Clarita and Hector was sumptuous, delicious, luxurious. I have not felt anywhere more at home and more welcome than at Aurora’s place. The home and the hospitality we were shown will forever have a special place in my memory. Muchas gracias Aurora, Clarita y Héctor!

My family had a great experience for our stay at Raul’s place in Santiago. Everyone there was very helpful and attentive to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and we would gladly stay again if in the area.

Definitly enjoyed the privacy of a completley self contained apt. One power disruption which is typical but one night out of 7 was fine and only a few hrs. Great balcony, patio, and beautiful rooftop area, a couple issues with water, but was resolved,, really enjoyed the neighborhood and folks as neighbors. Would surely return to this rental in future. Great stay!! Thanks Idania.

Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr geräumig, gemütlich, sauber und schön möbliert. Es gab genügend Platz um alles Dinge geordnet unterbringen zu können. In der Küche konnten wir kochen und drauf der wunderschön begrünten Dachtersasse alleine oder mit anderen Gästen entspannen. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Naomi war für uns die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir waren selbst nur kurz in Santiago aber ich freue mich schon darauf auf dem Rückweg wiederzukommen. Die Casa wäre auch sehr gut geeignet, falls jemand längere Zeit in der Stadt verbringen möchte.

We enjoyed our stay in Santiago a lot! The House was located right in the center, the room was spacious and we felt right at home. The host was a great help with organizing our further trip, he had many recommendations and was always looking out for us!

We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Kate. Elle est très attentionnée et très gentille. Elle connaît un tas de choses sur Santiago de Cuba qu’elle partage avec ses invités. Nous recommandons ce logement 🙂 Si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Santiago de Cuba, nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Kate ☀️

The place was very quiet, pleasant and clean, with practical and fairly new furniture, good bed with clean linens, pleasant smell in the room as well as being clutter free, with a large spotless bathroom. The hosts provided us with a rechargeable lamp to use during the power blackouts. Overall, one of the cleanest and quietest accommodations we had in Cuba.

Raul’s place was outstanding. Upon checking-in, I was greeted by three workers who made sure that I had everything that I needed during my stay. They were both friendly and helpful. Throughout the day, workers were available to respond to any requests I had. I ordered the daily breakfast and the food was delicious and prepared on time. The staff was also able to give me good recommendations on navigating the city. Most importantly, during the time the city was experiencing rolling city-wide electricity blackouts, the house’s generator provided enough electricity throughout the blackout periods. I felt very much at home during my steak and look forward to returning soon.
