Nice place to stay!!!

A good place for us as a base during our stay at La Fortuna. A short drive to restaurants/supermarkets/shops etc & 20-30mins from all main activities. House looked just liked the photos & we saw toucans, bats & other beautiful birds from the roof terrace. Kitchen very well equipped & air con worked well in the bedrooms. Would recommend.

La ubicación es ideal si traes auto por qué puedes moverte fácilmente a cualquier lado, la fortuna se encuentra relativamente cerca, el alojamiento es cómodo y bien equipado, mucha naturaleza y lindas vistas, el anfitrión fue muy atento y claro con las indicaciones cosa que se agradece, en general recomendamos mucho hospedarse en huguitos house!!

We stayed at the Dragonfly for three nights and it was great! Warning to those who plan to sleep in the lofted space, the area is very tight and would be best for kids or short people. Also the AC doesn’t quite reach the lofted space but we still had a comfortable sleep. Overall I’d definitely recommend if you’re visiting La Fortuna!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was our favourite Airbnb and the only mistake we made is not booking it longer. It was also the comfiest bed we slept in all week! Norwin went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special!! We loved it. There was so much to do it was an incredible space and we were sad to leave it! We appreciate all the recommendations from Norwin, he was an incredible host! The hot water was also a bonus ! We loved the pool perfect place to cool down and soooo many games ! I would not hesitate to come back just to stay here!! The only rec I would have is earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are a little thin, although usually a very quiet peaceful neighbourhood!

Amazing stay with an even more amazing host. Jonathan prepared us a delicious dinner for an affordable price which was very convenient after a long day of driving and hiking. Would absolutely stay here again for the view alone.

We loved our stay at Casa del Rio!! The house was amazing and our kids really enjoyed the pool at the house. It is located inside a resort. It was so nice to have the privacy and space of the house for our group, but also free breakfast at the resort restaurant and access to the resort spa services (definitely recommend getting a massage!). The staff were very helpful and flexible with all of our requests. The only issue we had was the washing machine not working, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

EXCELLENTE!!! I brought my Son, his wife and 5 and 8 year old. We lived in the pool area after the excursions. The beds were comfortable, TV easy, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The house was a short 2 block walk to town and good restaurants. It’s at the end of a road so no thru traffic or street noise. FYI- the pizza place down the street has terrible pizza! La Fortuna restaurant was great! Pura Vida. Thank you Rebecca!!!

Wow! We had a great time at Tavi’s home— comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view amid flowers and with the sweet songs of birds. The owners were so kind to provide information on the area, which was super helpful. We enjoyed so much the delicious food and experience at Casa Italia, we enjoyed it twice. The German restaurant also has a yummy breakfast. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazingggggg!! This was exactly as pictured! But maybe even nicer! The view was even more incredible than the pictures made it look. The host was amazing, so friendly, helpful and proactive to our needs! I didn’t realize how much we needed the laundry service!! All our activities involved water in some sort and being able to have clean and dry clothes was a great perk!! They even set up a cute arrangement for our honeymoon. Really above and beyond!!!! I want to come back! I’m suggesting to all my friends to come here. Did i mention the view?!? Incredible!!

The location was perfect for our Monteverde adventure. Easily accessed everything we wanted to do from zip-line to a night hike to a 6-mile self-guided hike in Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. We also drove to Viento Fresco Waterfalls about 50 minutes away and the swim in waterfall #3 was a family favorite for the trip. Lots to do, very peaceful surroundings at the house and easy to get to good food in Santa Elena! Simple and perfectly comfortable accommodations and the host was wonderful and helpful.

This place was AMAZING. My family and I came here to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday and we had such a great time. Joshua and Raquel are very quick at responding and give great recommendations. The house was beautiful and we got to see monkeys in the yard. Everybody felt right at home and very safe, it was so hard to leave. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again to the best hospitality. ❤️

Graceland was our favorite stay in Costa Rica. The surroundings were so green and felt so nice to wake up to. The house was fully equipped for a traveling family. The owners were so sweet and sent gifts for our party. Such a sweet gesture. Waking up at Graceland is something we will miss. Truly recommends staying at this home. Thank you Carlos, Matias, Luis and Grace!💚

The place is great for a relaxed getaway for couples or families. We had amazing time and rested days in the area. House looks like the photos, very clean and nicely decorated. Hosts are very friendly and responsive and help with anything we needed; having them close helps with communication. The house does not have a view to the lake directly, but you can enjoy the amazing gardens and see plenty of birds right in front. When walking a little up the hill, you do get full view of the lake. This side of the lake is a little less busy on restaurants, but there are a still a couple of alternatives if you want to move around. Overall, we were very happy with our holiday and would love to come back.

Karla and her place was a gem and an amazing find outside of La Fortuna. We did not want to stay right in the main town and definitely not at the resorts. This was the perfect blend of local vibes, nature, and amenities. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and very relaxing to come home to after full adventure days. The photos do not capture how gorgeous the scenery is. If Karla's place is available then you should definitely book it - pura vida!

Nos encantó visitar casa Mabri, es un lugar espectacular con todo lo necesario para hospedarse, ubicado en un lugar muy seguro y cerca del centro. Bryan es un excelente anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras preguntas. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo.
