About this space Our Casita is a half of a detached garage on a four acre property south of the town of Sheridan. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and a futon, a living room with two futons, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. View cornfields and farm animals from your living room window!

The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.
